    .Okay na okay ang shop for me service ng kango express. Sa kanila flat $10 fee lang sa iba 5% ng total item price ang service fee.

    Nalito ko dito. Itry ko sana pero upon checking their site, eto nakalagay "10% over $100 or $10 minimum for less than $100".

  • Asking if anyone experience having their package undelivered in Kango warehouse? Fedex said it was delivered to Kango and Kango said it wasn't. My claims with Apple, Fedex and Paypal got denied so my last option as said by Apple is to contact local police enforcement.
  • ^ oh no, did you buy directly sa Apple? Katakot naman to, ano mismong sinabi ng Kango? I think dapat talaga irequire lagi na may I.D and signature yung nagrereceive sa Kango.

  • Was it delivered on a weekend
    I think the kango warehouse is not open on weekends. Also they have a specific time for operating hours.

    I recently ordered from amazon delivered to Kango. Amazon said dropped in the mailroom which I found odd. There should be a receiving desk on the Kango warehouse. Was glad the item arrived. If FEDEX said it was delivered you can not get a claim.
  • i'll probably hold on to my future orders that will be shipped to Kango until they can explain it clearly here. That "dropped at mailroom" is alarming as well.
  • If you look at kangos address in google maps using satellite overlay

    You will see a church and a warehouse just at the back of the church if you are coming from the road. So it can be confusing where to drop the package. The church and warehouse have the same address. This needs to be clarified by Kango. What if the package is drop to the church. (Will it be a donation. LOL!)

    I created a support ticket asking what if couriers just leave it in front of the Church. Easy target for thieves in cars just passing by. Quite common in the USA.

  • ^ yep nakita ko din yun nasa likod ng church yung mismong entrance ng Kango, mukha syang extension lang ng church. Pa update kami sir kung ano explanation ng Kango about this. For now I'm going to hold off on my orders.
  • I just shipped out another package using Kango. I got the invoice and paid using credit card via PayPal. Good thing they didn't ask for identification anymore.

    Anyway, I was charged an extra holding fee of $3 because apparently, the number of days it will take to ship out the package is counted against the 21-day free holding period. In my case, I processed the shipment of the items on the 21st day of the holding period of the first item they received but the consolidated shipment took 3 more days in "over packed" status before actual ship-out so they charged me the holding fee for those 3 days. FYI.

    In FB Messenger

    I inquired about that Church address which is the same as their Warehouse address

    The PH Kango said put Kango Express in the address as part of the label.

    In the kangoexpress website. It never stated that. Just the Suit no. With your account. Hmmm.

    For sure there are missing items that were delivered to that Church. Both having the same address.

    I will update my Kango express address in amazon. To indicate Kango express before the Suite no.

  • Luckily yung laptop ko ordered from Amazon dumating naman na today and ready for shipping na. Same pa din naman ginawa ko Suite lang nakalagay sakin pero mapapansin nyo nag-eerror na sa Amazon minsan yung address ni Kango kasi nilalagay nya yung Suite sa Address 1 kaya minsan need pa re-enter yung Suite sa Address 2.
  • I'm still on FB messenger with Kango express PH. Which is their counterpart here not the USA kangoexpress.

    I explained to them the church can cause confusion with couriers and result into missing items.

    I added Kango Express before the Suite no. KX------

    I also specified in Amazon no deliveries on Weekends and only between 9am to 5pm

    I am not sure if Amazon delivery contractors follow it.

    My last delivery from amazon only stated dropped in the Mail room. That caused me to panic.

    Yan katakot din. Problema nito they will become a target of thieves if more packages get delivered.

    Dapat may tao talaga sila mag accept.

    Still no clear explanation sa FB Messenger with Kango Express PH.

    I think many more will get lost going to Christmas season. I think thieves also know there will be lots of deliveries for the holidays.

    Give relevant details with dates para mas malinaw sitwasyon. What shop/website/merchant did you used?


    Wala problema sa kango express may it be mailroom or anything. Alam nila ang sitwasyon sa local neighborhood nila at yun naiisip niyo na iniiwan lang at may kukuha hindi applicable yun sa sitwasyon ngayon. Just don't overthink too much. Also don't try to get the "info" on them for theoretical isolated issue na may theft sa porch nila at kukunin lang item mo dahil naiwan lang dun.

    Sumusunod ang amazon delivery sa no delivery on weekends.

    Sa lahat rin ng transaction ko palagi yun suite number nasa address 2 line - kango, msb, at sc. Hindi yan dapat sa address 1 dahil papalya yan (supposedly street number at street lang yan).

  • Ayos din pala BNS for orders below 10K. 2/3 orders ko nareceive ko na. Took almost 3 weeks lang. Ordered MK watch sa website mismo lumabas P300 lang shipping so not bad.
  • Good ang bns sa item na puwede mabugbog papunta dito basta 10k below.
  • I have been contacting Kango us by creating a ticket and calling them in the USA. Sobrang unhelpful. Laging mailbox full ung hotline nila or ringing at all na walang sumasagoy. No reply at all. Local naman kausap ko rin walang magawa, nakadepende rin sila sa reply ng US office. Just now, confirmed na walang natanggap. This was ordered directly from Apple. Out of my xx orders last month, ito lang nawala. Fedex informed me also na may kasabay na package to pero hindi nawala. Shady din for me na sinabi ni local Kango may past experiences din sila na Apple products nawawalang package. Sobrang hassle kasi macbook ung nawawala. My only option is to call the police talaga to find out who is lying between Kango or Fedex or if it was really stolen.

    I thought di nagsesend ang Apple sa known FF's so kung nagamit mo na si Kango to buy from Apple many times good for you kaso lang medyo kakaduda nga yang nangyare sayo since wala umaamin. Pero try calling them mga 10PM satin that's 10AM sa kanila so I guess may sasagot naman na sa US nyan. Never ko pa kasi natry kausapin yung sa US nila eh lage chat at email lang. Ano nilagay mo sa address ulit? Saka pwede mo naman dispute yan sa CC issuer mo kung yan ang isa pang option problem lang ibblock ni Apple CC mo for sure pero at least may chance pa din mabalik pera.
  • Apple allowed some of my orders but some are cancelled. This is the only problematic order. I did received the free airpods but not the macbook. I did call them 7 am, 8 am, 9 am and even afternoon ng local Delaware time walang sumasagot or mailbox full. Almost every day ako nagrereply sa ticket pero di ako nirereplyan. Nagbigay ng alternative number si Kango local pero hindi rin nagriring. Sa paypal denied kasi Apple showed daw the Fedex information that said the package was delivered. Iniisip ko rin nga ung sa credit card pero baka same lang kasi maging resolution sa Paypal since Paypal will just say we already investigated this matter and decided in favor of Apple. Mahirap talaga once the courier said na delivered siya so Apple, Paypal and merchant believe Fedex. I even posted recommending Kango for my first order.
  • Nah. Sa company namin (US) kahit pa nanalo na kami sa PayPal case eh kadalasan nananalo pa din si customer pag sa issuer na nagdispute. You should just at least try wala naman mawawala eh. Mas OK din nga talaga sana eh makahingi ka ng letter man lang from Kango na wala talaga sila nareceive. Kasi pag magdidispute ka nga at wala ka evidence coming from them eh matatalo ka lang kasi nga ilalaban lang sayo yung status na delivered. Pero still mababawi mo yan pilitin mo lang si Kango sumagot. Dun ba sa address mo sa Apple yung Suite # ba nasa address 2? Kasi yan napansin ko naman sa Amazon yung saved eh napupunta sa Address 1 kaya nag-eerror kaya need pa lagay ulit pag magcheckout na.
  • Yes. Complete address ko. To be honest, 4 orders ko sa Apple nagpush through nakuha lahat ito lang isa hindi. Sige try ko ung sa bank. Salamat sa tip. Kaya nagtanong na ako kasi balak ko na magreport sa local enforcement. Nakaabot na ako sa Apple supervisor walang tulong. Sa Fedex din denied ung claim. Kanina ko lang natanggap ung sa Paypal kasi kinoconsider ko na lahat ng options ko.
