  • sa mga nakapagtry na mag SHippingcart mga sir/mam - ano po mangyayari kapag nag exceed ka ng 30 days di mo pa nashiship out yung item mo? ididispose na ba talaga nila yun
    sa section 5D 30 days nga talaga, pero pag sa Cart storage meter ka titingin, mejo contradicting siya -- eto nakalagay (100 days) - ano ba ito, 100 days talaga bago nila idispatsa item mo, me nakaencounter na po ba lumagpas ng 30 days free storage - wala lang, curious lang ako:

  • Hindi contradicting mali lang intindi mo sa t&c nila. May bayad na beyond 30 days - **free storage**. 100 days or beyond yun ididispose na talaga.

    At yes na encounter ko ito nung pandemic na lagpas ako sa 30 days at may charge each day.

    Basta po magkasama sa iisang package pagkadeliver sa warehouse ang battery at paggagamitan ng battery. Otherwise, considered "loose battery" siya na restricted item.

  • Mga sir ask lang po regarding paying using bdo sa amazon. Puro payment unsuccessful na po.
    First try ko noon sa sc buying a laptop worth 600usd pasok naman po.

    Working naman po card ko buying items from online shops dito sa ph.
    Checking my bdo lock/unlock. Ok naman po

    Tried calling bdo pero di ko mapagana hotline number nila using mobile smartphone to call.

    Any thoughts po?

  • Guys, baka meron pa kayong natatagong phone number ng EMS Pasay, yung meron talagang sasagot and hindi puro ring and busy tone lang?

    Yung package ko kase from Japan "Unsuccessful delivery (REASON: Addressee not available)" yung status na lumalabas sa Philpost Tracking.

    Wala naman daw pumunta sa guard house ng condo to ask kung saan yung unit namin, sinabihan ko na din yung mga guards earlier na meron ako hinihintay na padating na parcel.

    From your experience, gumagana ba yung numbers na nasa Philpost website? Yung (02) 8527 0111 and 8527 0107?

    They will redeliver next business day/s. May tumatawag sayo mismo diyan may hawak ng parcel mo.

    Gumagana rin yun number nila. Sa patay na oras ka tumawag.

    Ang sabi ng nakausap is inabot daw ng "cut-off" yung dapat mag deliver sa akin (at 2:25 pm). And then I asked, "bakit nakalagay sa system "Addressee not available". Iko-correct daw nila yung glitch na yun sa system nila.

    At least binigay nila ngayon yung number ng magde deliver, and I already called and confirmed na nasa kanya na yung parcel, thank God.

    nangyari yan sa akin before nitong January lang. akala ko pumunta na dito yung nag-deliver sa amin, pero wala naman nakaka-alam na may pumunta nga.

    then kinabukasan may tumawag na delivery at malapit na raw sila.

    Nilalagay talaga yan as basic template status pag may aberya. Doesn't mean yan talaga yun issue.

    Nag worry tuloy mga customers thinking that sa ibang address sila nagpunta, or hindi na-sagot nang maayos when the postal worker tried to ask dun sa mismong address. Sa customers kase babalik kung ganun lagi yung status, sabihin lang ng kartero "e wala kaseng tao..." without any proof na nag attempt nga sila.

    Hindi din kase "unlimited tries" yung pag deliver nila, ang sabi sa akin nung nakausap ko is hanggang 3 attempts lang yun. If hindi na deliver within those 3 attempts, kailangan mo na puntahan dun sa EMS Pasay yung parcel mo and meron nang additional fee. Not to mention yung hassle mo pagpunta dun sa Domestic, lalo kung pumapasok ka during weekdays, lol.

    Dapat meron din silang "DELIVERY CUT-OFF" status. And I think we have the right to insist that they fix it since hindi naman free yung service.

  • Hehe. Buddy again template yan sa logistics for such scenario - hindi yan unique sa EMS/Philpost. Don't make a big deal na kala mo may mababago ka.

    Maski USPS at ninjavan ganyan nilalagay for record purposes. Kaya mo ba ipabago yan status na yan sa logistics?

    Well tungkol sa hassle kasama yan sa risk ng international shipping. You have the responsibility at all cost from start to end. Adults tayo dito - hindi ka rin naka DHL/FEDEX para to heed a complain at all sa "hassle" na yan. And for the good record using DHL nilalagay nila ang "ganyan na template" kapag hindi umabot sa "cutoff", tatawagan mo lang to clarify.

    You can insist for yourself just being honest with you pasok ang status na yan sa documentation at responsibility ng tatanggap ng package lahat ng mangyayari.

    Again kung baguhan ka sa shipping then take that as a lesson and point taken.

    EDIT: Nakuha ko na yung package :) pero siningil ako ng Php112 petot, hindi masagot ni kuya kung para saan, hehe :D

    At least meron resibo, pero wala din details, ahaha.

    Anyway, thankful na lang for the speedy delivery from Japan, shipped out nung Feb 20, got it today. And the package is in great shape, mukang iningatan :)

    Mabilis ang JAP POST/EMS/PHILPOST - halos abutin lang din ng 4 business days yun akin.

    Chillax dude, its fine its fine, sa Philippines ka din naman nakatira :)
    There's lots of items na pwede bilhin and may katagalan but deretso naman sa bahay mo as long as its small and less than 10k. For instance, I'm personally buying a 750w platinum sfx PSU (na wala na available dito at a good price, L*z*da and Sh*p** nasa 12-15k na), with the discount, I could ship it to my house all in for 8.9k. Not bad na din. Shipping that is 29usd (included sa 8.9k), its more or less the same if ipaLBC ko or other forwarder. So chill chill lang.

    I would assume this is real weight? Not volumetric weight. You would be saving a lot if you will use sea freight.


    Good promotion para rin ng Amazon. Sulit na kung 1k shipping fee mo after discount. Sobrang bilis din ng Amazon shipping via UPS huwag lang Aramex(?). Hehe.

    Hmmm going to sea freight if tipid na tipid talaga need mo. If LBC via sea its more or less mga $30 lang, Kayang kaya ng bulsa but super tagal nga lang.
    If via air, for me personally kango pa din (para no sales tax). IIRC, may range per kilo yung item calculation nila. So mga 90usd more or less yung babayaran mo. Pag sa LBC via air, add ka ng mga plus $30usd jan or mga more or less rough estimate mga $120.

    Going seafreight would be the best option. Teka ok na ba or wala na delays with LBC?
  • ^They send some emails saying normal operation na sila. But if you want to be sure, punta ka sa FB page nila to see if konti na lang nagrereklamo mas maganda magcheck dun. Well still, due to trade wars with China for sure konti na lang din nagpapaship (or baka di rin :)

    Actually yes, parang nangyari, free shipping na sya. Diba? Sulit na din kasi 29usd yung shipping tapos 30usd yung discount. That's why its a good deal for me :)
    Bro pano ko malalaman kung UPS or Aramex ang gagamitin? Random pa din ba? Or ang expedited is Aramex, then priority shipping is UPS?
  • Alam ko priority ang UPS. Hindi pa ako nageexpedited. Yun tipid na 300-500 sa Aramex hindi sulit sa tagal ng pagdating - matagal ang dating ayon sa mga nagsabi dito gamit Aramex.

    Okay naman operatiion ni Shippingcart. Ang mahirap sa ngayon may 1-2 business days na delay sa lahat ng logistics dahil sa winter storm.
