  ang effect nun di ba anytime na gusto nila ng vendor name pwede walang validation, halimbawa, may binili silang 1m pcs na bags of cement, pwede nilang sabihing binila nila yun kay mr Sy kahit binili nila kay mr ongpin di ba?

  
  
  Paano mo mapa.process ang payment nun sir kung wala sya sa master data? Unless nalang kung nilagay yung invoice under sa different vendor name... Mag.set up ka nalang ng one-time vendor sir.
