after further research and sa confirmation ni venerzky, nag order ako ng 1x10 deore groupset! all in all around 12k petots -

    sunshine cassette 11-42T
    m5100 crank 32T / 175
    m4100 shifter
    m4100 rear derailleur
    bb52
    10spd chain

this will replace my 8spd drivetrain sa 2015 norco29er!

pinalitan ko na din yung stock brakes and stock fork ng MT200 and mosso rigid fork. solb!

  • May marerecommend kayo na Bike Rack for Montero? Isang 29er XL and 27.5 Small yung ilalagay sana namin.
  • tow hitch talaga ilalagay mo dyan sir

Kung hitch bike rack, ang ma-rerecommend ko is Inno Rack INH120 - nasa 25k yung good for 2 bikes.

Pwede Chief. It's interchangeable as long as centerlock. Some even provided an adapter so you can also use a 6-bolt disc.

Almost all modern rotors are compatible with any mechanical or hydraulic brake sets. Just make sure you have the right hubs.

  • @staticghost

Thanks. I already purchased the items
  • may na ka gamit na ba ng E-bike MTB?
planning to buy one soon.. hirap kasi ako sa bike ko at medjo tumaba lalo this pandemic..

    @Competer

Si Gary Valenciano. Promising yung mga EMTB and E Road bike.
  • Recently, napapa isip ako ng Road or Gravel bike for long rides. May idea ba kayo kung ano mas ok between RB at gravel?

Kung naka-mtb ka, hindi talaga advisable yung mga knobby tires sa concrete road at asphalt since those tires are mostly designed to be grippy (see here <click here for link>). From ikon 2.2, I also switched to a 45mm gravel tire on my hardtail and felt a huge difference in rolling resistance. I'm running my gravel tire on 38psi tubeless. Yung gamit kong gravel tire ay designed para sa mga hardpack and fire road type of riding, at pwede din for light trail / single track so depende na sayo kung ano mga dadaanan mo sa long ride. Ang gusto ko sa gantong setup ay comfortable sya for my long ride if compared to my road bike on 23mm tire / 100psi. Medyo bitin lang sa high gear yung hardtail due to limited chainring size, but again nasa saiyo na yun kung anong gearing ka comfortable. Another thing to consider is if mas preferable sayo yung dropbar or flat handlebar.
  • Noob question mga sir. Ano po mas epektib (2x na 27.5) or (1x na 29er)?
  • one of the biggest TPC ride. sobrang nakaka miss.

  • im using a 29er and i just upgraded from 1x8 to 1x 12 setup (52t yung rear and yung chainring is 38t) medyo nababagalan ako sa flats...tama ba na sa chainring ako mag adjust into lower T? if correct then what chainring size would you recommend? TIA
  • get a 42t chainring
  • May nakita akong Deckas 40T up to 52T chainring sa online shopping app.

hehehe. my first RB long ride exp was 300km+ solo ride. sobrang natuwa ako kasi sa mtb na 20+ kilos, nakaka 200+km ako, nung nagka rb ako, nasa 13kls lang ata.

sample target distance: 400km in 20hrs.

    so need mo ng:

    400/25km average speed = 16hrs ride.

    4hrs rest stretched in between.

paano pag puro akyatan? need mo bilisan sa flats para ma recoup mo yung loss hours.

  • I'm using Kenda Alluvium Pro on my full rigid MTB.. Fast rolling tires.
