paano nga po pala nyo nalaman na papalitan nila sila po ba nag email sa inyo sir?
yung sakin kase dinala ko sya sa store kung san ko binili. then sa kanila ako nag tatanong hehe. i follow mo sya after 2-3 days.

sino na po nakapag pa rma ng seasonic sa jtp gaano po katagal ang inaabot sa kanila nung last Thursday po kasi nila nareceive yung psu ko wala pa rin pong balita until now mula sa kanila thru email lang po kasi usapan naming.

Dipende sa technician nila. syempre ni troubleshoot nilang maigi yun.. before sila mag decide na palitan ng bago,. then weedays lang ang pasok nila..
or high chance na baka nakapila pa unit mu. at may mga nauna silang nakasalang na for troubleshooting.
then last but not the least. is hinihintay pa yung kapalit ng PSU through shipping.
sken before sa Helix after 3days tinext ako agad.. palit bago..

Grabe 1 week na at nag inquire ako ulit kay jtp wala man lang response hassle yata mag pa warranty dito sa jtp na to di man lang sabihin kung troubleshooting or what na status nung pinapawarranty ko.
sino na po ba nakapag pa warranty kay jtp ano experience nyo?

although different product, 2 weeks ago nag email ako dito
[email protected] walang reply hanggang ngayon. Tinry ko yang nasa deepcool na post, nag reply in a few hours.

sa seasonic support po nagbigay sken nung email na yan sir nung naginquire ako mabilis naman sumagot yung Jerome tan at sabi sken isend ko daw yung psu sa kanila ngayon nagfollow up ako sir di pa nasagot.

Mga lodi. Magbubuo ako ng bagong gaming rig. I have a Seasonic 520 80+ bronze modular. Mga 3 years old na siguro. Okay lang kaya ireuse ko sya sa new rig ko? TIA

Mga bro san nakakabili ng pcie cable from power supply to video card yung 8 pin tapos 2x(6+2) yung dulo seasonic prime platinum na 650 watts yung gamit ko

I see no reason not to reuse it if it's working fine, as long as it supports the expected wattage of the rig.

Kakabili ko kasi kagabi ng focus+ na PSU, sabi dun sa pinagbilhan ko 1 year lang daw warranty sa kanila, tapos the rest ay sa distro na.

Yung 10yrs warranty din ang isa sa reason kung bakit Focus+ yung napili ko. Ibig sabihin, tiwala sila na tatagal yung product nila.

Anyone here successful in their RMA with JTP Xtremetech? I contacted Helix but they said the serial does not belong to them but to another distro, which I guess is JTP. The website of JTP Xtremetech is down and according to some people posting above they aren't replying to emails.

yung sken po na send ko na sa jtp and nagfollow up thru email walang sagot nung dumaan po ako sa office nila di pa daw po nagagalaw yung psu ko mag 2 weeks na po sa kanila yung psu mukhang matagal pong magpa warranty sa JTP.

BTW, messaged Seasonic Philippine's FB page, I pointed out why they only had instructions for Helix's RMA procedures when in fact they should put up instructions for Helix and JTP Xtremetech. I was messaged back, and it turns out Helix is running the page and not Seasonic itself, that's why they have no information regarding RMA through JTP

yan po yung email na sinnedan ko nung una kinabukasan lang reply agad na send ko daw po yung psu sa office nag bigay ng address pero since then wala na pong reply from jtp nagkataon na napagawi akong recto at naisip kong dumaan sa office nila and sabi di pa daw nagagalaw lahat ng nagpapawarranty ng January.
in short di sila sasagot sa mga email nila hanggat di pa nila natrotroubleshoot yung pinapawarranty sir sa tingin ko medyo hassle mag pawarranty ditto sa supplier na to na JTP kaya sa susunod na mga buy ko aalamin ko muna kung sino supplier for warranty purposes.

Meron din isa pa ditto na nagpawarranty din dyan kay JTP until now di pa rin sya nirereplyan.
