I'm getting a UPS for my Seasonic S12 II 520 watts power supply.
My PC specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 rev.40
CPU: AMD FX8320 3.5ghz
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8x2
GPU: Radeon R7 370 2GB
Monitor: HP 1600x900 resolution
Hard drive: 2 pcs. 1TB and 500GB WD Caviar Blue
Internal DVD Writer

guys ano tingin sa mga nag bebenta ng mga seasonic na platinum ngayon galing japan daw? my nakabili na ba? mura pa nman.

can someone please tell me whats going on with my desktop.when ever i play online games tree of savior,diablo 3,starcraft,LOL and WOW my desktop keeps on restarting.its a random restart, i can play for 2 hours then all of a sudden it restarts like some one just pressed restart button. sometimes it will restart as soon as i start the game like 2-15 minutes time frame, i dont get any blue screen of death or any error in particular. Im pretty sure that its not a heating problem my cpu is on 37c-43c on standby and when i play it goes up for as highest mark around 60. Gpu only goes up as high as 60ish as well.it only happens when im playing games.on idle,browsing and watching movies it doesnt restart.
im currently running windows 10 and my specs are

gpu:palit gtx 650 ti boost
mb: Gigabyte b85m d3h
ram: 4gb x2 gskill ripjaw and 8gb x1 same brand dd3
psu: fsp raider 650w bronze
i dont know if this is a factor but i also use
corsair void wireless RGB,k95 RGB, corsair scimitar pro rgb and i also have a corsair h55 quiet cpu cooler.
if the psu is failing what would be the best psu you guys can recommend me.right now im eyeing seasonic 650w gold G Series

ok yan if ma confirmed sa seasonic na original nga yung unit. wala kasing serial checker sa Seasonic yung parang katulad sa Intel sana. -

Much better if you trouble shoot it first before you purchased a new parts.. like try to use other psu... try to play games without a videocard.. etc.. sometimes by reflashing the bios can fix the problem "in rare situation"... worse scenario, grounded motherboard problem..

If your not familiar with troubleshooting or you dont have any spare to test your unit... much better if you bring your unit in some computer store.. becuase.. its a waste of money if you buy a new psu, but the problem still exist...
before, when I was working in PCX, the trouble shooting fee is 400... they will test all the parts of your unit..ram, hdd, vc, etc. probably it will render the trouble shooting for almost 3 to 5days.. it depends to the problem... because once they track if what parts there have a problem... they will need to test it for stability just to make it sure.. like burn test for 1day or 2 days..
the reason it will take long is.. the problem of your unit is intermittent.

oh i see,so there are other factors aside from a failing psu. im not shying away from upgrading the parts,i just dont think i can wait 3-5 days to have it diagnosed. Gamer attitude XD.anyway thanks for your advice, ill go ahead and try what you suggested having it checked in a repair shop would be my last resort cause i have my banking,credit and company info here in this desktop and im just not confident enough handing my desktop with these files onboard.oh and btw your english is good.

750w pwede na. sakin naka 750w platinum ako 2xhdd, 2xssd. 5x 140mm fan, 6700k oc @ 4.5ghz with 1080 ti. sobra sobra pa. -

no, you don't need to upgrade.
650w is more than enough for what you need, unless you have plans to overclock your components.

Kayang kaya... sa mga fan wala pang 4watts ang isa nyan.. para maka sigurado ka.. V x A = Watts
Ask ko if kailangan ko mag upgrade.
Kadalsan 12v x 0.33A = 3.96Watts max consumptiom nyan.. sa SSD wala pang 5watts... HDD kadalsan nasa 10watts lang.. i compute mu lang yung 12v and 5v consumption nya. makikita muna max watts consumption. yung sa VC at Procie mu.. yung max power output ng PCIE 8pin, 6pin, at 8pin EPS ang nilagay ko sa computation. it means yan yung maximum consumption.. kaya kung nasa 70% to 80% lang na consumo sa Procie at VC.. high chance na may sobra ka pa na mga 100watts more or less.. ^_^
much better if kung may multi meter tester ka... na upon full load ng unit.. ma check mu if stable pa ba si 12v at 5v rail mu para malaman mu din if ok pa psu mu... kasi kahit naka 750watts ka pa.. and expected mu na sobra pa yung kayang i output ni PSU... but in full load.. is nag lo low voltage na si 12v and 5v rail mu.. it means may problem sa PSU.. ^_^

sa Helix kahit walang resibo ok. lang.. pero mag kaka service charge ata na 800.. nasa policy nila yun makikita mu... mag based ata sa date of manufacturing yung warranty ng PSU mu.. -

guys, nakabili ako ng X-650 as 2nd hand sa fellow TPC member, ang problema lang sa meet-up namin, walang testing na na nangyari. pagdating ko sa bahay sinaksak ko, then hindi naman umikot ang fan. Tapos nung tsinek ko using tester, walang power out. Meron lang din nade-detect na 4 volts sa may bandang mobo.
Ang tanong ko mga Sir, ma-approved kaya ng Helix kung hindi nakapangalan sa akin ang resibo? nagtry ako isauli sa seller, kaso madaming dahilan na kesyo, 2 weeks ago pa lang na binaklas niya ng unit niya na working pa daw. Pero after ng transaction namin, biglang nawala yung mga item niya na binebenta.

Walang problema kahit hindi sayo naka pangalan. na confirm muna ba sa kanila na sila distributor nyan? wag muna ibalik sa may are.. sa RMA nalang palit bago yan :D

5years.. pero may chart si seasonic regarding warranty... like.. kung nabili mu yung psu ng 2013 below na years.. 3years warranty lang...
sa M12II ko dati... 3yrs lang nakalagay sa Box na warranty... pero kay Seasonic.. minimum na nila yung 5years... kahit kay helix.. 5years din ang minimum... kaya nung nag pa RMA ako kay helix dati kahit lagpas na nang 3yrs... swak parin sa warranty... kase 5years warranty daw yung unit ko.. kahit na 3years lang nakalagy sa box. -
about sa unit ko na X 650, nag file ako ng ticket at hindi daw sa kanila ang item ko.

may kilala (trusted or highly recommended) ba kayong gumagawa ng SATA power cable for PSU? need ko lang magpagawa ng isa na isa lang yung connector / plug para malinis cable management ko.
