Dati automatic diesel pag malaking sasakyan kasi mas mura diesel. E ngayon dikit na yata presyo, tapos considering na mas tahimik ang gas, mukhang mas ok na mag gas.

Doesn't make sense na bumili ng diesel na may premium ng ilang hundred thousands over its gas counterpart.

wala pa ako issue anything outside routine PMS sa fleet namin; like turbos, scv, injectors (both old school and CRDIs), injection pumps etc -

Also, assuming na same ang maintenance costs, mas mataas pa din SRP or 2nd hand price ng diesels, so not worth it pa din. -

any figures? lagi ko kasi naririnig na mahal yung PMS nang diesels but sa fleet namin hindi. had a Revo with a 7K engine ages ago, iniinsist ng casa na palitan spark plugs every other service kahit visual inspection okay pa.
sobrang limited ng gasoline powered commercial vehicles, suzuki carry lang on top of my head. with their pricing, payload, and fuel consumption, lugi pa din versus a dmax or hilux -

sa hyundai casa kita ko mas mahal pms ng accent diesel compared sa accent gas.

noong may 2 cars pa ako, mas magastos change oil ko sa diesel kesa sa gas ko na sasakyan kasi mas madami langis kailangan ng diesel. naka 1 overhaul and 1 change engine din ako. i think dahil mas madumi diesel kesa gas (?). mga old school cars ito, ewan ko na lang sa mga bago ngayon. but regardless, back then, it was still worth keeping the diesel car dahil mura talaga diesel noon kesa gas so mas matipid din pang araw araw.

You also have to research pa din kapag may shortlist ka na, kase some 4x4/AWD systems are better than the others.
Specially if extreme or laging offroad hehe.

I'd recommend the hatchback din. Dahil napaka versatile nung sa likod. Pag wala ka passenger, pwedeng malaking gamit masakay mo dun. Highly useful kung tipong tag lipat kayo ng gamit. Or bibili ka ng mga malalaking appliance (na pwedeng ihiga)
Though kung more often than not may pasahero ka sa likod, go for the G4. Para kahit mag-grocery ka, may masasakay ka parin na passenger sa likod.
Previous owner kasi ako ng G4, at na-amaze ako nung nakapag sakay ng TV-Rack yung hipag ko dun sa Hatch niya.

regardless of the maintenance, may nabanggit yung friend ko na mas ok ang power ng diesel, so he recommends diesel pa din considering yung laki ng sasakyan at load nito pag punuan.

Yung car namin 2018 pa fully paid and released ng casa yung documents pero hindi ko pa nattransfer sa name ko yung ownership. Pwede ba yung next owner na lang pagtransferin ko sa name nya? Plan ko na kasi i-benta para hindi magdoble doble trabaho.
Also may issue ba kapag hindi ko pa nattransfer under my name yung car but I have all the documents from the casa already. -

eto yung batman tama? pinaka common sa halos lahat ng lumang toyota is thermostat. sobrang daming mekaniko yung tinatanggal lang yan at hindi nirereplace.
about sa AC, sure bang evap ang issue? parang mejo bihira ko kasi mabalitaan na nagccrack evap ng vios, madalas is baradong drier. -
^ salamat sa heads up, isama ko na rin as preventive ang thermostat. tsaka yung aluminum filler neck, plastic kasi sa batman mukhang mas matibay yung mga replacement aluminum.
Not sure pa na evap, pero mura lang kasi evaporator. isama ko na din drier at expansion valve para preventive.
Matagal kasi hindi nagamit, for sure may freon leak somewhere. Hindi pa nakukuha unit -

^ mataas ang mileage for a 2 year old car. Baka rent a car dati yan.
As is ata ang mga repo car. Yung iba hindi pinapayagan na itest drive. Yung iba kinakahoy pa yung ibang pyesa at pinapalitan before mahatak.
For sure mas madami pang Innova ang fresh compared dyan. Better kung makakabili ka sa mga owner mismo ng unit para alam ang history ng sasakyan.
