Eastern sub here 2008-2012. South Caloocan. First years were good. It sucked in 2010 until we switched telco. Intermittent palagi, tapos taas na Ng ping. EVO Dsl plan 2 mbps kami. Years later nag pullout na yata Sa south Caloocan Yung eastern. Bad experience. Unless mag Fibr residential sila

i dont recommend eastern telco for internet, sobrang bagal sa FB , as advised by the service customer hawak n raw kasi ng globe so naka limit ang bandwidth for FB. Almost a week na, 100-200kbps lang pumapalo ung speednet test ko, i dont know why, and already coordinated and emailed ETPI for this and seems they dont want to fix it and tickets left hanging...planning to disconnect it and not pay the monthly bill next month, eventhough naka contract pa rin, just realizing the money i pay monthly..just a waste.

We use eastern in my office and 80% of the time, it works great but there are times when everything just slows down which is a big no-no in our industry...We process US mortgage loan applications and we have very strict turn times...We cannot tell our brokers that our system is down...slow downs can result in our borrowers cancelling their loan applications....
