^ Same question din. Nakaroon ng bad sectors pending reallocation yung isang WD red drive sa NAS ko. Hanggang October na lang yung warranty so kailangan mapa RMA ko na at kung pwede sanang ipa-courier sa service center.

Update lang sa RMA ko ng WD Red drive. Ngayon ko lang naasikaso.
Sobrang hassle free. Nag file ako ng RMA sa support website, tapos sinunod ko yung packaging instructions. Pina courier ko papuntang Primasiana Makati branch tapos in a few days dineliver na sa bahay yung replacement drive.
Recertified white label WD Red drive siya pero thankfully EFRX (CMR) model pa rin ang ipinalit. Hindi yung EFAX na SMR.
Nag pa RMA din ako ng nag fail na Seagate 2.5" external drive sa Primasiana Gilmore pero fail yung RMA kasi na return to sender yung drive. Wala atang nag rereceive doon after multiple delivery attempts ng courier.

RMA'd a 5TB 2.5" WD Black Gaming Drive, and it has been weeks and might take longer (next year) to process. WAla daw stock. Unfortunately, di masyadong sikat siguro ang Black drives locally.. :(
Talaga bang ganun katagal minsan? And does Primasiana really have no link with WD RMA system on the official WD website? You have to call every now and then to follow up with them.

^ Nag RMA ako several years ago ng WD Scorpio Black 2.5" HDD. Walang stock so pumayag na ako na WD Blue 2.5 HDD yung replacement.

hi ask ko lang po kung pwede mag pa RMA ng WD BLACK 3TB kahit wala proof of purchase/resibo? kasi sa tao ko lang nabili. pag check ko sa site warranty pa until april 2021?

update ko lang ang post ko before.
Sent for RMA on December, 2020. Received the replacement drive on May 15, 2021.
Napakatagal po talaga pero may issue daw sa customs and releasing, nagkataon nandun yung drive ko. Matagal din kasi 5TB WD Black 2.5" drive siya, baka talgang wala silang on-hand replacement ng mga ganitong model. Professional and pala-update naman ang Primasiana.. so okay lang mag-antay.

Hi All
Nangyari lang today.
Matagal ko na itong hard drive. Gusto ko sana ma retrieve ang files, kaso ayoko galawin baka mabura ang laman. Eto ang lumalabas sa computer management.
Maari pa ba ma retrieve ang data ko?

Wala na lumalabas na capacity. I guess ipa repair ko na lang sa iba. Baka sakali ma retrieve pa. Malamang sa board siguro ng hdd ang problema. Baka may IC lang na kailangan palitan.
