That is the common misconception. Salary and expectations dont go hand in hand. Maraming mabababa ang sweldo, mas mahihirap and long hrs and trabaho.
Expectations are what i call \"management of management\".. or \"how to manage your boss\" skill.. hehe. The better you are at managing your manager.. the less your load, more focus and better quality of your output.
Salary normally is rated depende sa last salary mo and your negotiation powers, how urgent the position is, and the number of competition you have for the position.
