Using a TV box.

  hello..
  
  pwede bang gumamit ng TVBox sa lcd tv/led tv
  ang hirap kc pag regular antenna lang ang gamit
  sobrang labo.
  
  kaya na isipan ko kung pde gamitin ang TV box
  as antenna or pra maka-receive ng channel.
  
  pls help naman..

  pakabit ka na lang cable...
  
  if you can afford buying LCD/LED tv, im sure afford mo din magpakabit ng cable.

  kung affordability pag uusapan, skycable na. we are only paying 500/month kasi pinaalis ko yung ibang channels since lagi naman akong online to keep myself updated sa mga palabas.
  
  but if you want to maximize your LCD or LED TV, maganda rin Cignal TV.

  what is the difference between cignal tv ang sky cable?
  
  uhm magkano po monthly ng cignaltv?

  sky cable is providing Standard Definition for most of its channels (local and int\'l programs). if you subscribe to their premium package, then you can get HD channels as well.
  
  from what i\'ve read, cignal tv has HD format on all of its channels, reason why its TV box is so expensive but the quality is superb for an LCD / LED TV.

  problema ata sa cgnal is pag masama panahon, actually gusto ko matry ang hd
  
  sino ba mas mura pag HD, cignal or sky? sa sky ata on top of your monthly fee so malaki din pag lahat kinuha mo

  Is Cignal HD analog or digital? If it\'s digital, then ordinary analog TV Boxes won\'t work for them. Will need a digital TV Box for it to work.

  since you intend to get Free TV signals only, skycable also has basic Select package na sobrang mura.. you can just choose the channels you want to add up on top of the basic channels. prepaid reloadable din

  wala difference kahit bumili ka tv box .. if antenna pa rin ang ikakabit mo sa kanya

  Actually, I have some questions...
  
  Kasi I have some acquaintances who asked me about TV Box compatibility din.
  
  One has a Japan (surplus?) LCD TV -- pero sagi niya, nakukuha lang ng Japan TV niya is a few channels (I think 3 local channels lang - di ba we have 6 free aerial TV channels locally?). So he was wondering if buying a TV Box to connect to his Japan LCD TV will work (receive the other local channels)
  
  
  Then another acquaintance has a Samsung LCD TV from Saudi Arabia daw pinadala -- similar problem, most of the local channels di rin daw nakukuha nitong TV nila. She was also wondering if buying a TV Box and connecting to her imported LCD TV will make them receive the free local TV channels.
  
  Anyone tested the above configurations? (most likely problem ng kanilang LCD TV from abroad is that these TVs have different kinds of antenna siguro that can\'t get our local free TV channels). Hoping that a TV Box (which works locally) will solve their problems.

  I\'ve been using the tvolution box for over a month now. Its a Huwawei m310 box ok naman po wala naman speed problems kahit sabay mag stream at download mga computers dito sa bahay, well thats what I expect from a fibr connection. Ang maganda sa kanya pwede ko istream mga movies from the laptop to the tv. Di ko na kailangan magcopy copy ng files. Plus may HDMI in pa siya di ko lang magamit kasi gusto ng sky magpalit ako ng subscription para bigyan ng digibox na may hdmi connection.

  Hi Pips, sino po sa inyo naka-avail ng PLDT TVolution? question sana sa Optical Audio In nya, may DVD Player kasi ako na gumagamit ng TOSLink/Optical cable.. pwede ba yun sa TVolution? nagddalawang isip kasi ako kung toslink optical OR coaxial yung in nya. sabi kasi Optical Audio, sabi din ng iba Multi-audio... naguguluhan po ako hehe.

  mga sir hindi po ba namimili ng fat o ntfs formatted hard drive you mga tv box?
  kelangan korin bumili para iplay mga videos ng mga pamankin ko sa get together ng pamilya.

  napansin ko lang wala pang digital signal yun cnn ph dito probinsya itatago ko muna yun tv box.
