Thanks
Meron yan sa mga Car Accesories shop... Banawe QC, Evangelista, Makati at Finlandia St. Tapat ng Cash and Carry
Legacy types like Autobulbs (1034/1141 or P21/5-P21) are commonly available LED ones... sa headlights so far nakita ko yung H4-P43T using SMD5050
Kung DIY LED ones for Automotive pwede yung 12v SMD5050 Striplights

sa ebay or ali express napaka laki ng price difference for LED headlights and napaka laki ng difference sa choice. In my old toyota vios I had 1 dome light, 4 park lights, 2 backup lights all LED from ebay.
I also bought 2 fog lights but it was too long and di kasya. Meh, chalk it up to experience nalang

^ I prefer daylight sa toilet.
6watts and 500 lumens ito, model LLA50E27-6w-DL.
Yun pala, gumagana lang yung bulb pag nakabaliktad ang orientation ng bulb like what they have in SM.

sa tingin ko po not worth it aayusin yung ilaw na blinking LED... at baka magkaroon ka ng disgrasya in the long run... unless kung meron kang background or graduate ka ng Electrical Engineering para maiayos yan
LED bulbs are disposable unlike LED light fixtures na nakikita mo sa Soler and other LED light shops.... usually power ang issue nun wag lang LED bulb board
kaya disposable mostly ang LED bulb yung design niya for the LED driver at Bulb Board ay maliit para maipasok sa bulb

I think knowledge in basic electronics is enough.
hindi nmn rocket science yan.
kung marunong mag solder and desolder, pwede yan itroubleshoot.
at syempre para safe, yung good quality/brand dapat.
then itest run sa labas several hours bago ikabit sa bokilya.

phillips usually has a poorer lumens per watt rating. But its branded, supposedly matibay. But we have to prove it and proof is going to be hard to get

time is not our side tho =/
Phillips is one of the good brands tho... hopefully it should reflect in their LED
supposedly what is their advertised operating hours like above 30000 hours (30k hours is probably el cheapo ones) right now I heard that somewhere 40000-50000 hours is probably an industry standard =/

Yung nabili kong Philips 13w 1400lm @P399.75 nakalagay sa box na it lasts up to 15years at 2.7hrs a day usage. So wala pang 15,000 hours.

you can buy either converters or actual led bulbs on ebay. I have one ref using a converter and 2 refs using native led bulbs of the appropriate socket

the more reliable electronics in the ballast increase price. You can see that in GES bulbs. Mahal up to now ang 5 year models nila. But since nagsulputan ang mga low cost bulbs brands na mabilis masira, no choice sila but to release 2 and 1 year warranty models na mas mura in order to compete.
Pinoy kasi, mahilig sa short term savings kasi walang pera (the tingi mentality)

subukan mo omni downlights. last chance mo 20% discount sa dec 20. research mo muna which stores have ample display of omni products. need mo lang splice and butas ceiling.

@yunan:
yung ginamit ko yung integrated type(8w/10w/15w/20w/25w). gusto ko rin sana yung gu10/mr16 type kasi madali lang palit pag na busted kaya lang lower watts/lumens lang compared to their regular downlights.

Down lights ko GES GU-10 or MR-16
Hindi pa sabay sabay pinaiilaw yun - usually 1 or 2 sets lang at a time
3rd year na nila in service ngayon still going strong

salamat mga sir might look for gu10 para bumbilya na lng papalitan pag busted. i think sufficient yung number ng downlights ko para macompensate yung lower lumens. anu po bang magandang brand ngaun na matibay at mura?
