Gusto ko na Mag-GYM / Workout (2)

  • good pm. i've been workingout for more than 8 months now lumalabas na upper abs ko. pero problema ko yung lower abs kasi parang natakpan ng taba. ano magandang workout para matanggal taba dun? bumili na din ako ng hydroxycut antay ko na lang dumating sino na nakagamit nun? effective ba pantanggal ng taba? medyo ang kinakatakot ko baka pati muscles ko pumayat hehe

  • Hello mga sirs, ano ba magandang exercise na pwede sa bahay lang for losing weight? I'm 28, 5'7, about 150-155 pounds(paiba-iba dahil sa puyat, occassional eating etc.). Max ideal weight ko in my height is 159 lbs.

    Gusto ko pa munang magbawas ng mga 10 pounds bago mag gym ulit kasi nagiging sakitin ako pag over/under weight ako.

    hydroxycut parang kape lang. so parang hyper ka lang, possible palpitation or jitters or panginginig. depende sa tao saakin ganun ang epekto.

    yung sa lower abs, para lumabas you need to lose overall body fat. ilan percent body fat ka na ba now?

    yung kape kasi parang wala nang epek sakin. sa bpo industry ako kaya purga na. pero try ko pa rin hydroxycut kasi nagbasa ako ng review maganda naman daw. kung stimulant siya at least okay yun kasi parang creatine na rin? parang lalakas o gaganahan kang mag gym? i'm doing cardio before lifting weights. body fat di ko alam kung pano icompute yan eh pano ba sir?

    Sa mercury drug ako dati nag test, meron silang machine na hulugan mu ng 5 peso coin tapos lalabas yung stats mu - height, weight, bf, bp, etc.

    Can pull ups help decrease bf on abs? Calisthenics pull up excercise ba.

    There are only 2 ways to decrease bf sa abs - diet & excercise or kay dr bello :)

    Make sure you don't sacrifice your strength / muscle mass just to have a 6-pack abs

    Walang kwenta yang sexy abs kung mahina ka. Makikita lang naman yang abs pag topless ka.

    Pero ang malaking overall body ay pansin agad kahit may damit ka. Example ay si Ma Dong-seok dun sa movie titled Train to Busan. Kahit medyo chubby, halatang nagbubuhat.

    I just asked coz there are guys who think about having 6-pack abs but can't even do a single pull up

    hehe thanks sir. di nawawala sa routing ko yung biceps at triceps. medyo naliliitan pa nga ako sa arms ko. ang focus ko ngayon squats kasi malakas daw magpalabas ng abs hehe so everytime nasa gym ako nagssquat ako at cardio

    Iba-iba reaction ng bawat tao sa caffiene. Try 15 to 30 minutes before workout. Ikaw na bahala kung anong trip mo sa kape

    Maganda ang brewed coffee ng Dunkin Donuts in terms of price-to-taste

    Hahaha. Tama. Dun na ako sa may abs pero at maraming chicks kesa sa nag-uumapaw na STRENGTH pero panay hugot lines na lang :)
  • Why do I workout? Syempre aesthetics at strength. Sino ba ayaw magkaroon ng visible abs. Ayaw ko ng chubby na malaki katawan. Chubby is chubby :)

    Tingin ko lang, baka up to 5% error kumpara sa mga weight scale na may measuring capability ng bf na aabot ng as much as 10% error.

  • As long as you are not in calorie deficit, there would be no reduction in fat mass. Fix the diet.

    Weight loss - reduction of fat mass and/or muscle mass
    Fat loss - reduction of fat mass

    Aim for fat loss, not weight loss

    Sir, to cut fat mass kelangan nasa Calorie Deficit + Exercise? I wanna lose fat mass(kasi medyo mabelly ako) bago magbuhat uli kasi pag over/under weight ako nagiging sakitin ako.

    Not only is the sample size too small, it is also non-representative of the general population. Aminin na natin, lalo na dito sa Pilipinas, usually girls likes good looking abs, next is chest. Yan ang karaniwang pinapansin ng tsiks. Nakarinig na ba kayo sa tsiks ng "wow lats!". =)
