I\'d suggest an Asus K43SV or Acer 4750G yan ang bang for the buck na gaming lappy.
I\'m playing NBA2k12, Starcraft 2 and Dead Island with high settings on K43SV and very satisfied ako:)

I agree with enzo. Nowadays, you don\'t need 40k to enjoy latest games at mid-high settings except for ones that are really GPU/CPU dependent like BF3 and the like.
I suggest you visit the MSI Gaming Laptop Thread sir. The people there are very helpful and were able to get me a gaming laptop under 30k before to play games at high - ultra settings (games at that time though).
<click here for link>
What I usually do when shopping for a new laptop is visit this website.
<click here for link>. If the GPU is in the top tiers (Class 1) and within budget, it\'s good to go. You just need to find the right mix of features (RAM size, HDD size, ports, ODD, etc.) depending on your needs.
Also, If I may ask, why do you need a gaming laptop? Coz if you\'re not a very mobile person when it comes to gaming, a gaming desktop at that budget (or even less) can be assembled cheaply and easily. You have the added benefit of a more powerful GPU that you can easily upgrade later on at a far cheaper price than a laptop\'s GPU.
If you just need the laptop for work or browsing, it might be better to get a mid gaming desktop (20-25k) that you can easily upgrade the CPU/ GPU in the future to match with current tech for gaming, and just have a cheap but decent laptop (Less than 12k) on the side for work and office productivity.

@Dietrich

Ah... okay.
Kasi from experience, I also bought a gaming laptop a year or two ago coz of space constraints at home. It was ok for a year or so, but when the newer games started coming out, instead of ultra, I was playing at high. Later on, the latest games came out and I was then playing at medium. Mahal kasi nang GPU nang laptop so it wasn\'t feasible for me. Natakot pa ako nang bigla nag fail laptop ko 10-months in, buti may warranty pa. Kapag wala nang warranty ang laptop, mahirap ipaayos since it isn\'t like you can replace the CPU/GPU cheaply like a desktop.
So after my warranty expired, I sold my laptop and went to desktop na lang and just made room for it using a smaller case. I just saved up for a cheap tablet + keyboard if I need to work on the go. Most of my games are online based anyway (SC2, BF3, soon D3) so I\'m stuck at home when playing, hence the desktop.
Pero kung need mo talaga yung laptop, go ahead sir, sarap maglaro / work on the go. No need to worry about messy wires and madali maintenance and cleaning compared to desktop. Just weigh in the pros and cons before purchasing one para hindi sayang pera.
For your budget, try canvassing for the following.
MSI GE620 (i3 version) - some were able to get this at 29k or lower. Kayang kaya nito high settings for sure sa SC2 and D3.
MSI GX660 (i3 version) - when I sold my laptop a few months ago, nasa 36k lang ito, baka bumaba pa. Ultra for SC2 and D3 definitely.
Don\'t buy second hand sir especially for gaming laptops dahil mahal ang parts kapag tinopak.
Sana makatulong. Pero imho, kung pang gaming lang, go for a desktop.

Pero now that I look at it, kaya din naman mag gaming laptop at upgrade year after year with the current price trend. Kaso, 30k each year yun compared sa desktop na siguro once every 2-years ka sa procie, GPU, at kapag di na compatible si procie, pati na mobo.
Good luck sir! ^^ Visit the MSI Gaming Laptop thread dami tutulong sa inyo dun.

A laptop with an Nvidia GT 540M Vidcard is Super OK na kahit Battlefield pa yan. And their really selling like Hotcakes.

Hi po, I\'m selling my I7 laptop for 33k with a wireless mouse, top of the line cooling pad and bag. I\'m sure the graphics card can handle the most recent games but not at ultra settings, pero kaya naman mag high sa SC 2 with shadows on high. 50 - 60 FPS po, PM me if ever! It\'s an ATI 5730.
I need to sell it na to buy a macbook for christmas, pang christmas gift for me lang. haha, thanks!
