Pano ba paganahin yung nvidia?
Naka-auto switch yung GPU from IGP.

@elman

would it be okay buying a i3 3rd gen HP elitebook
with just 2gb ram for dota 2? Wouldn't it be bottleneck?
Ok ba I to?https://tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=40542819

^ sir, the laptop on the link u gave has 4Gb ram, so it's good po. 4gb minimum ram for dota2 on win7/8/10. Also, it would be better if it's a single 4gb module, so u can add another 4gb. Your integrated graphics will perform better if you have more ram and you're on dual channel po.

After much thinking parang naisolate ko yung need ko to two laptops sa tibay ko nalang isasanguni.
1. DELL 14 in 7000 series (ganda ng chassis) and setup for dual drive
2. Lenovo Ideapad equivalent although wala atang paabang sa 2nd hard drive tong mga to

^Ang i5 and i7 sa mobile notebooks/laptops ay 2 cores and 4 threads. Ang difference between the two is mas mataas yung base clock and boost/turbo frequency clock ng i7 compared to i5. Gawin natin example yung current gen.

ung mga office lappies namin eh okay kasi Tecra Z5x series na SSD, 8 gig, and Win 7 64 bit. kahit magkarga ako ng 'startup' items on windows boot eh literally sabay sabay sila nagoopen on bootup. not to mention yung file transfers nya sa mga thumb drive and sa one drive.
eto tuloy yung nagiging criterion ko eh (kaya eyeing that Dell 14 7000) na 8 gig ram with ssd capability. bonus na din pag may discrete graphics

brad, depende yan sa gamit at budget, kung kaya mo sa 36k by all means go ahead. ngayon kung gipit ka at pang 25k ang budget at need mo gamitin, bilhin mo na yung 940mx

pards, been using dell my whole life. May laptop ako na 2007 ko pa binili. Inspiron 6400. hanggang ngayon alive and kicking. Other than that, it should perform well. A few years ago, Dell was the better brand than Mac. But then again, in my opinion kahit anong laptop yan, matibay yan. Talagang masisiraan ka lang ng hard drive saka keyboard (for me it was after 7 years nasira ung keyboard) and other minor stuff.. Besides, halos hindi ko pinapatay yung laptop the whole day.
Currently as of last year, meron silang home service number. I dont know if active pa yun though.
PS. For 41k, okay na yang laptop na yan.

Dell doesn't have any service center. Distributor is Accent Micro which you can call of any issues. Sa servicing, someone will come to your house to fix your Dell laptop issue.
