  Never buying this brand again. Bought an e790 exactly 2 yrs ago, sira na yung remote kahit hindi naman nababagsak (marami din akong nababasa puro sira ang mga remote) tapos nawawala-wala yung display intermittently. Taas ng input lag and worst of all, hindi compatible sa PS4 pro 4k mode (kelangan ng update pero walang update). Official website is useless.

  Guys need help. Me nakaexperience na ba senyo na yung Menu frequently lumalabas and minsan nagautomatic sya sa TV input (nka HDMI1 input kasi ako dahil naka Cignal TV) . I have the 50 inch LED (non-smart) 50e36 ata yun model. Paano kaya i-fix to? Pag pinipindot yung Menu sa remote or dun sa button sa TV mismo nawawala naman ung Menu display sa screen kaya lang after ilang minutes lumalabas ulet.

  ^ Nagawa ko na din sir. Bumabalik pa din yun menu sa screen. Nag reset to default settings na din ako. Same issue. Mag 2 years pa lang yun TV. Not sure if covered pa ng warranty. Problema ko pa hindi ko alam san ko natago yung receipt T_T

  mga sir- may recommended ba kayong home service technician ng tv? baka mataon sa magnanakaw o masamang tao ang makuhang technician huwag naman sana.

  I just bought Skyworth 32E2000 Android TV for 14500 via CC. Same price siya ng LG at Samsung 32" Basic TV. Pero mas pinili ko tong skyworth kasi smart tv siya plus with IPS Panel pa. Sana di ako nagkamali ng choice lol
  
  -Inisip ko 2 yrs warranty naman and 2 years sounds good para magupgrade ng new TV with bigger screen and higher resolution
  -Android Smart TV is not really useful
  -Skyshare(screen mirroring - i'm using laptop) is totally a mess when playing a video
  -Speakers has no bass at all

  ^
  - 2 years warranty but for my last smarttv- supposedly the panel is already degrading by the 3rd year (after an hour or so the screen becomes wobbly)
  - agree but before it was nice to have a tv where you can browse, use skype, play games etc

  mga sir saan po kaya nakakabili ng replacement remote ng ( 50e36 model ) or meron po ba universal remote na pwede sa mga skyworth tv. TIA!

  Need lang po ng help and advise, kakabili q lng po ng 32" LED android TV ( 32E2000) model, ahmm npncn ko po n medyo late ung response nya sa paglilipat ng channels gnun b tlg sya?, then ng try mo po aq mg salpak ng SD card from my phone gmit ung card reader pero lging lmlbas ung message n : file not available " kpg ngpunta aq sa folder ko ng mga videos and mp3's , bkit po kya gnun? may kailngan b aqng i DL n software pra ma support ung files? akala ko kxe automatic n e, nung ng try kami sa sm appliances gmit ung files n sample nila using USB gmgna nmn,, ahmm please help po.

  Hi guys, magtatanong labg sana kung may familiar sa model na skyworth 40E380i? Pag nag pe-play kasi ako ng 1080p movies. Mukha syang stretched out due to the missing black bars on top and bottom na dapat nadoon pag 1080 movie. Ang tanong ko lang eh. Is this true 1080 resolution? Or 720 lang sya na tumatanggap ng 1080 signals? TIA

  ^ did you check the properties of the source video to see if 1920 X 1080 ang resolution nya? Madami po kasi na 1080p movies na di po actually ganun ang resolution, usually mas maliit (i.e. 1920 x 800) lang.
  
  May picture option din sa Skyworth for display size (i.e. 16:9, 4:3, 16:10, Auto). Baka pwede makuha yun solution dyan sir.

  meron ako skyworth 40" e2000d android tv, question lang, pano ba to ma lalagyan ng Kodi na app? sabi kasi ng sales sa mall na pinagbilihan ko pwede daw lagyan kaya binili ko na.
  
  
  pero wala pala to google play. at hindi ko rin malagyan. if ever pahingi naman ng tip/technique. salamat!

  I'm using my skyworth 32E300 as a pc monitor for almost 2 years plus na. We also have a 50" sa living room for almost 3 years and so far both ay wala pang indication na sira or masisira na. Para sakin worth it.
