Royal Cable Broadband Internet(Laguna)

  • bagong kabit lang sakin kahapon 6mbps plan.. una ko napansin mga 1pm ang baba ng speed nasa 1.3 to 2mbps lang pero nagdownload ako ng 3GB na file normal naman ang download speed nasa 680kbps.. tapos nung madaling araw nag speedtest ako 5.6mbps to 6.3mbps na... consistent din ang ping sa google nasa 30ms lang.... nagtry ako magdota ngayon umaga 7am okay naman walang pocket loss, walang lag very smooth.. tulog muna ako try ko ulit mamayang tanghali magdota.

    under monitoring muna sakin to, may global LTE pa nmn ako.. wala sana problema ang Globe LTE kahit anong oras at anong panahon walang lag sa dota, nasa 90 ang ping medyo mataas pero maasahan hanggang hindi nauubos ang data allowance yun lng.. pero 2 months na ako sobra sobra sa gamit hindi naman naubos parang may nagbago na sa settings nila.. subukan ko magtorrent ng maraming movies para malaman habang may royalcable backup na ako

  • Kanina mga 12-1AM naglalaro ako ng Dota 2 naglalaro sa 0-30% packet loss sana maayos na tong packet loss nila, maganda naman connection nila IF walang issue na packet loss na ganito.
  • abandon inabot ko ngayon 2pm unang try ko lang di na umabot sa hero selection xD
  • unplayable tlga ngayon hapon... ayaw mag online ng dota 2 client.. Offline status or Searching for the dota 2 game coordinator lng hays
  • Hi Guys, Im currently building up a case towards this packet loss issue we are experiencing under Royal Cable. At first I didn't want to put a fight against this as it may be an isolated issue for me at least. Upon hearing the side of others, I now wanted to have this be taken care of. I am asking if its possible for you guys to take a screen shot of your in game ping and packet losses with the date and time in your desktop? I will be collating these screenshots and will send it over to them via email hoping for a resolution. They keep on telling me via phone call that there is nothing wrong with them. I just want them to know that this is a known issue and unless someone speaks up then that's the only time they will act on it. Thanks :)
  • sa unang buwan lang magaling ang royal cable no lag sa online games but after a month worst scenario kana hayssss sana nga magawan nila yan ng paraan, yung sinasabi nilang wlang problema sa end nila kalokohan yun kasi baka umiiwas lang sila sa issue, huli kong nakausap ang tech nila magdadagdag daw nmg BANDWIDTH KUNO ewan malay kung palusot lang but until now walang magandang pagababgo sa online gaming still may LAG parin but in fairness naman sa browsing ,streaming, downloading (not in patching dota 2 pabago bago ang speed not consisted) ok sakin.
    In short panget sa ONLINE GAMES ang ROYAL CABLE.

  • Kala ko ako lang, mga past 12am ko na observe knina kasi nagreklamo mom ko di daw nagloload IG nya, sakin nman ok ung FB,YT at Google kaya kala ko Ok. Then nung need ko na maglaro MOBA ayaw kumonek dun ko na tinesting mga fave sites for manga etc etc, kahit nga speedtest ayaw kingina. Eto tipidpc accessible. Inalis pa ng Royal sa fb nila ung visitors posts di tuloy makita realtime issues/reklamo. 6am na oh wala pa din. Kashitan talaga.

    oo nga bakit ano na kaya nangyare sa RC haysss lag n nga sa online pati ba nman ibang sites mawawala pa, pero sana lang may ianaayos silang pagababgo and i hope abbalik din sa dati yung brwosing pati na rin sna sa online gaming wla na sanang lag.

  • gawa kayo FB group dun tayo magpost ng mga screenshot.. marami na din ako nasend na issue sa facebook page nila.

    tulad ng disconnected sa skype, team viewer, at dota 2.. pero okay ang ping.

    ang masaklap bagong kabit pa lang akin. unang araw pa lang problema na.. kaya ako nagpakabit dahil pamalit ko sana sa globe na hindi unlimited... pero kung di to maayos bakit ipadisconnect ko na lang to.. sayang unli sana pero di nmn magamit ng maayos sa laro.

  • Ang tagal ng problem ng packet loss sa Royal :'( di parin nila maayos. Gaano ba kahirap ayusin to?
    5mbps plan here okay ping pero delay in-game simula 8:30AM ng umaga hanggang 1:00AM ng madaling araw di ka makakalaro. So bali 1AM onwards no delay smooth na talaga, ayun nag babatak talaga ako maglaro tuwing madaling araw :/
  • Nagbabalak na din kami palitan to eh, ang pumipigil lang e ung contract na 2 years ba un or 1? sayang din ung monthly nito kung dadalawahin namin ISP namin. Hays. Sarap idemanda eh.

    sa globe kapag magpapadisconnect magbabayad ka lang ng last bill plus additional 2 months bill.
  • i have already made them aware na hindi lang isolated case yung na eexperience ko and even sent this link para malaman nila na marami ang nakaka experience neto. if we can actually collate a couple of different screen shots at masend natin sa kanila we can build a case rather than talking shit on them sa website nila which doesn't help. kahit papano tao din yang mga yan and talking shit to them wont budge them at all. the most ideal way is to make them be aware of the situation and tipong magreklamo tayo sabay sabay sa kanila. im more than willing to man the complaint. sayang kasi yung service nila, unlimited download at smooth when it comes to streaming and p2p. masama lang ang configuration nang routing nila which causes the packet losses. yung ping walang kaproblema problema eh. hoping people around these parts can help para naman magawan talaga nila nang paraan. if we go on and report one at a time, there is not much to it compared to a mass report. thanks

    Not sure, baka pag nagpadisconnect kami magtuloy tuloy pa din ng bayad hanggang matapos ung contract.
  • I upgrade my speed from 2mbps to 10mbps kahapon but after a few hours, bumagsak yung speed pabalik ng 2mbps at minsan lang nya maabot yung 10mbps. I am planning on changing to pldt home fibr but that is after I can confirm na wala nang pag-asa pa sa Royal Cable. Nag-pm ako sa fb nila pero walang reply. I also tried to contact them thru my mobile on their landline which is expensive pero lagi lang ako sa queue.
