How to get latest ITR/BIR 2316?

  The new company that I\'m going to work for needs my latest ITR/BIR form 2316. I was unemployed from April 2011-Feb this year and the ITR that I have is for the year 2010 (issued March 2011). Problem is my previous company has already shutdown. How can I acquire my latest ITR/BIR 2316?

  Just tell your current employer that you can\'t get any due to whatever reason especially shutdown. They will let you sign a waiver about it.

  Hello po.. Tanong ko lang kung paano na mangyayari sa akin nito..
  
  Kakaltasan kasi ako ng current company ko ng 11k pag di ko nasubmit sa kanila yung Form 2316 from previous employer ko..
  
  Sa previous employer, nagwork lang ako from Mid December 2013 up to mid Feb. 2014..
  
  Ngayon, sabi ni current company, mairerefund ko lang yung 11k na ikakaltas nila ngayong December 30 payday pag naisubmit ko sa kanila yung Form 2316 before Jan. 15 ... Pero sabi ni previous employer, Feb. 2015 pa nila mairerelease yung Form 2316 ko for 2014..
