I did po, had to call them for adjustment kasi binill nila ng di included yung discounted price na 300 php.

Called PLDT for the Super Saver Booster permanent discount pero hindi daw applicable sa account/landline number ko. Plan ko is Unlimited Fibr 2399 with mesh. Bakit kaya?
sa 170 ka ba tumawag tapos regarding privacy settings yung reason kung bakit hindi applicable?
what's the exact words they told about the rejection?
Automated answer lang: Similar to "Your number is not eligible for the Super Saver Booster promo. Please update your data privacy settings...." Tapos madrop na yung call.

if you have avail the promo plan with free mesh, no more speed boost promo na, same if you avail the speedboost promo, you will not able to avail new promo, afaik

Tumawag din ako sa 170 and got the same automated response. BUT, just for the heck, nag fill out ako ng form to avail the 2699 exclusive plan. Currently on plan 2099 Whole Home Wifi ako -- tumawag PLDT sakin about 30 minutes ago to confirm my application, and approved! Within 24 hours daw activation ng new plan. Plus extended daw yung free speedboost until May 31, 2021. -

Forever na yata to ah. Sana ayusin nila ung ping/latency. Taas ping ko kapag 8pm to 10 pm everyday. 7 days straight na. Tinatawag tuloy ako cancer sa ML. -
Sino po nakareceive na magkakaron down daw ng downtime mamayang 10pm to 6am? Not sure kasi if bulacan or manila area lang sakop

Pag CSR lang ang source it means 50-50 chance lang yan.
Mas magandang maghintay na lang ng announcement kung meron talagang extension yung speed boost. -

No contract refresh, had to ask this several times yesterday just to be sure. Took about a week for them to call, filled out the form Saturday before the holy week, tapos received a call from them yesterday. New speed took effect 9:30am today. -

Thanks! I'm a bit reluctant regarding the contract re-lock-in since the subscriber certificate says there's a new lock-in. If the cx indeed says there's no lock-in then that's good. I may have to upgrade. -
sino magaling dito sa router? may xbox kasi ako, bale nung una STRICT ang NAT Type, so basa basa at hanap solution na OPEN (not sure kung talagang open nga) ko ang TYPE so OK na, ang problema, kapag mag lalaro ako ng multiplayer game as in hindi ako makakuha ng match sa matchmaking, queueing/waiting lang as in for so long. :( pag pa cenciahan niyo na ako, isa akong noob..can someone advice or help me on this, TIA! :)

check mo muna kung CGNAT ka, sa windows cmd type "tracert -d 1.1.1.1"
kapag may lumabas na 100.x.x.x, then unfortunately hindi ka pwede mag portforward sa router to fix the NAT type issue -

Akala ko yung channels ng CignalTV final na yung, 1 week lang pala after installation, nagulat ako ayaw na ng History channel, balik sa standard subscription
