  • hi question lang. im located at tandang sora qc. almost 1 month na kasi ako nag rereklamo sa globe wala pa din sila ginagawa. problem is sobrang bagal ng net after 8am. Bale babalik na yung speed pag madaling araw na ulet. congestion ba ito? ano pwede ko gawin?
  • sa mga naka plan ng 5mb before, nung nagpa upgrade kayo sa 15mb, nung nag update ba ok na agad speeds nyo? sakin kasi ngayon ko lang nakita sa modem na naupgrade na sya(wala pa kagabi) pero ang speed nya ay pumapalo lang ng 3-4.5mbps lang.

    Peak hours yan, sad to say ganyan talaga yan wala ka ng magagawa dyan. Ang pwede mo lang gawin is mag DSL or Fibr para di gaano affected ng peak hours na kung saan lahat ng tao naka FB at may kahati ka sa bandwitdh.

  • Have applied for a Globe Wifi or Dsl sa area namin coz may Globe Caravan yata or van na nag ikot ikot around Karanagalan Village Cainta Rizal..ok nman yung kausap ko sa phone at was told na kung may dsl e yun ang ikakabit since 100gb nga ang cap..secind option naman yung LTE 50gb ang cap...so ok na lahat lahat..then i got a call yesterday morning na...DSL sa area namin Max out...LTE naman since Pasig daw kami coconnect..walang Slot...huhuhuhu..natawa n lng ako kung bakit nag house to house pa cla e wala naman palang slot o max out na sila sa area namin..paasa or nang aasar lng yata hayz

  • magkaiba po pa ung iniidorse ng globe ngayon na plan 1299 with 100 gb cap, sa 1299 50 gb cap? kung hindi po ma uupgrade po ba ung 50gb sa 100 gb?

    Huawei B315s-22 LTE 4G pwede ko bang palitan ng ibang sim? globe din naman.
    hindi ba iboblock ng Globe yung modem.
    balak ko sana once matapos yung contract ko, palitan ko na ng ibang globe sim.

  • Good evening mga paps. I'm not sure if this is the right thread but please let me know asap if it is not. i have an existing globe broadband LTE with wifi modem and i wanted to add another wireless router so i can have a good signal on my room. Nag lagay ako ng extra router (cdrking) thru LAN cable and ok naman pero nagloloko yung router after few hours. Symptoms: nadedetect yung connection nung extra router pero hindi ka makakaconect. Nakailang reset na din ako pero same lang ng issue. May namiss ba kong step or talagang hindi lang allowed ng modem yung ganung setup?. Bale sinaksak ko lang sa LAn cable yung extra router and gumagana naman in a few hours. Gusto ko lang muna isolate yung issue before iconclude if router issue nga. Thanks in advance!
  • it's the router... (if it's cdrking, then it's 100% the cause of the problem :P)

  • Hello po mga master, may tatanong lang po regarding sa pagpapakabit ng Globe broadband LTE plan 1099.
    1. HIndi na ba sila magrurun ng wiring sa mga poste papunta sa unit namen? (sa condo po kasi ikakabit yung net)
    2. May offer kaya over the phone to waive installation or phone activation fee?
    3. May upfront payment din po ba?

    Sorry po sa istorbo nasa office kasi kaya di makadiskarteng tawagan yung globe ngayon.
  • 1. depends, LTE = wireless (same LTE technology as your phone), kung walang signal ng LTE yung phone mo sa condo mo, then baka lagyan ng antenna

    Thanks ng madami sir sa info. :) Try kong maghanap ng ahente around sa area namen. Sana lang idisclose ng ahente lahat ng info regarding sa plan/contract.
  • ^Recta ka nalang sa Globe Store mismo at apply ng SIM only ThePlan Data Plus 799. 1300Max bill nyan pag na-hit ABS. Tapos bili ka nalang ng modem mo separately.
  • Meron ba dito nakatira sa condo and naka wimax tulad ng bago nilang plan yung 1299 10mbps, 50gb or 1599 15mbps?
    May tanong kasi ako, before kasi dsl kami yung 1599 15mbps then yung lumipat kami ng condo eh hindi raw pwede dsl kaya yung wireless nalang, so ang tanong ko ay stable ba ang internet ng wireless tulad ng dsl na wired?
  • UPDATE regarding GLOBE 20mbps(1599), 50mbps(1899) and 100mbps(2499) "Fibre Plan".
    I've confirmed via talking to various supervisors from Customer support and even their branch supervisors that once you fully consume your allotted data, you will be stuck on 256kbps(Yup! Modem speed) until the next 1st of the Month.
    Globe is forcing you to purchase their "data booster" pack so that you could continue using your Plan's speed. I suggest you guys use other ISP's or stick to your current old one. DO NOT get this plan, this is plain scamming using "fair usage policy" as an excuse to milk out more money from their consumers while providing inadequate service.

    Lalabas 1.3K lang with ABS na? Mas mura pala yun ah. Kaso baka naman yan na yung may capping kasi pansin ko diko pa ramdam cap sa old ABS ko na last Nov ko apply. Mas mura sana yan ng 200. Hehehe.
