  Really good, the kids loved it. Pati ako nag enjoy, hehe

  Yung Mortal Kombat 2021. Bakit kailangan pa mag cheat ni Shang Tsung at patayin mga warrior ni Raiden outside of Mortal Kombat tournament kung walong beses na silang nanalo at isa nalang para masakop na nila ang Earth. It makes no sense. Kaya 1.5 of 5 lang talaga score ko sa movie.

  Making a superhero movie out of a very ordinary family I think is a brilliant idea.

  Kasi supposedly ipapalabas nila yun sa mga sinehan. E bagsak Cinema industry ngayon dahil sa pandemic kaya hindi sila kikita dun, so nirelese na lang nila sa pay per view / on demand streaming service nila.

  only newly released movies ang may bayad sa Disney+.
  ganon din sa Amazon Prime. you can watch new movies at the convenience of your home with the whole family. instead of paying for every individual sa sinehan.
  after a few months, prices go down and eventually magiging free din yan.

  Actually yung mga merong bayad is yung mga shows/movies sa Apple TV platform. Medyo nakakalito nga yung setup ng Apple, ginawa nilang "Channel" yung Apple TV+ dun sa app instead of doing another app na lang for Apple TV+.
  
  Apple TV+ bale yung streaming service ng Apple gaya ng Netflix and Prime Video. Free lahat ng shows and movies dun if subscriber ka. Yun nga lang, sobrang konti ng mga available movies/series nila.
  
  Naka 1 year trial kame ngayon, pero I don't think na itutuloy namin after the trial, parang hindi sulit ang bayad compared to Netflix and Prime. Mukang ayaw kase ng Apple kumuha ng shows and movies from other companies. Yung old Peanuts movies and Fraggle Rock lang ang napansin ko na hindi sila directly involved sa production. Pero who knows, maybe in the long run gaganda na lineup nila :)

  PSA sa mga gusto panurin yung The Dead Don't Die, pag-sispan nyo mabuti or check the reviews.
  
  Maganda kase yung cast so kala ko maayos yung story. Na budol budol pala ako, ahaha.
  
  And merong mga side characters pa na bigla na lang nawala sa storya/continuity (yung mga bata), as in walang kahit anong hint kung ano nangyari sa kanila, parang nakalimutan na lang. Either minadali or merong sequel. Good luck kung merong sequel, lol.

  1) placing watchable media into their own silos, effectively increasing the paywall to get what customers want to watch. Dati nasa iisa lang ata, sa netflix lang? I may be wrong. Ngayon: Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max, may Fox pa ata?
  - binabalik nanaman nila era ng cable, which we all know has come and died. Siguro advantage lang ngayon, watch in your own convenient time. unlike cable, hahantayin mo i-replay (kung meron man)
  -Mejo oks to in a way sakin, kasi competition is a win for consumers. kaya fine nilunok ko na. kaso..
  
  2) ayan, nagpapaka innovator si disney by putting another paywall on their new movies on top of subscription sa kanila.
  - pag successful to, syempre gagaya na yung iba. parang same energy lang to dun sa pag alis ni apple ng charger sa phone packages nila.
  
  Baka na-spoil narin ako ni Netflix, kasi as far as I know, kahit mga bagong release nila na netflix funded movies or tv series, available to all subscribers naman.
  These premium streaming apps already have the fund coming from the subscriptions, dati wala naman silang hawak na ganung cash cow. ang dating lang sakin, creeping greed.

  If that happens, I will stop using the service. Di ko susuportahan yang ganyang klaseng greed.
  
  Unless bawasan nila yung bayad or make it free like yung Hulu dati. And then maningil sila sa mga gustong manood ng mga bagong movies. Which I think is olats sila :D

  Dead don't die - 1/5 din for me. Barely watchable.
  
  Lakas ng dossier nila ng artist: Bill Murray, Adam Driver, Tilda Swinton, Danny Glover, Selena Gomez, Steve Buscemi. Tapos pinalabas pa daw sa cannes to haha. oh well.
  
  Ganda ng trailer though.

  sa netflix walang issue, since monthly naman. cancel anytime. then bayad lang ulit kung gusto mo mag resume.

  ^Yup, as far as I know, ganyan naman lahat ng streaming service (Prime, Netflix, iFlix, HBO GO, Apple TV+, Viu, etc.) dito sa atin. Monthly ang bayad so walang obligations/lock-in.
  
  Di gaya ng mga internet/telco/cable tv services, kailangan meron lock-in period. To be fair, meron kase silang "small investment (cable, router, etc)" kaya kailangan bawiin, hehe.

  Astig nito. Ganda ng mythos parang dinaig pa ang Avatar The Last Airbender. Tsaka ang story ay may depth. Yung mga characters hindi one dimensional. Bentang benta din ang humor. Lastly, astig ng fight scenes. May cameo pa yung isang chinese diety.
