Langyang Pacific Rim yan!!! HAHAHAHA cannot be unseen shet!
10/10 sakin ang Mecha vs Kaiju na Pacific Rim.
Parang tribute film. For fanboys. Mula umpisa hanggang huli puro references from costume, to mecha, to kaiju, to battle moves, pati human characters and moves, yung dalawang scientists haha!, etc. Tapos may pinoy jeep haha!

Pacific Rim
previous del toro\'s works (and i think they\'re really good ones) i\'ve seen are mimic, blade 2 and my fave of all, pan\'s labyrinth.
the huge ass battles create visual poetry and save this film from mediocrity. otherwise, it\'s a film with cliches and plot inconsistencies.

Imax + 3D?
Medyo mixed ang reviews dito eh, di ako maka-conclude ^^;
2D ko lang pinanood haha.
Since mixed ang reviews go for 3D nalang para maka mura. Puro night scenes kasi yung battles eh ayun.
Give it a shot in 3D then. I didn\'t have the pleasure to watch it in 3D Imax kasi malayo pa yung nearest smcinema na pwede panooran. lol.
The night scenes looks beautiful, even on 3D. Actually medyo nag iisip ako nun if I\'m gonna watch it in 2D, pero nung pumunta ako ng cinemas mas maaga yung screening ng 3D so yun na pinatos ko.
I didn\'t get disappointed. I watched it like a young kid lost in a candy store.
Can\'t wait for a sequel. haha! Next time, I\'ll make sure to watch it in Imax. :D

wag na lang sana basta i-close ang thread, mas maganda kung bigyan na lang ng warning or i-ban ang user na pasaway. mas maganda yun, kesa masayang ang thread. wala naman kasi kasalanan ang thread kundi yung mga pasaway.
linisin, ayusin, at organisahin ang thread para madala ang mga pasaway. at gawin ang trabaho bilang isang totoong mod, wag basta i-close ang thread. maki-simpatya muna kung anong dapat gawin.

Sama ng acting ng ilang characters kaya maraming parts dragging. Fight scenes are cool but sometimes are unclear, due to the night time setting, and way too slow (which is understandable considering how huge those things are).

tama... galing sa book ang white house down kaso mas nauna ipalabas ang fall of olympus.. todo action tlaga fall of olympus pero mas gusto ko story ng white house down :)
tinanong pa nga yung author kung bakit nde daw i-demanda yung nag copy na taga fall of olympus...wag na lang daw kse magastos... :)

Hindi ko pinagsasawaan kahit ilang beses ko pinapanood in a year (siguro I watch both every 6-8 months or so :)) mas na-enjoy pa ako dito sa dalawa instead of:

Regarding night time scenes sa movies, i don\'t complain about it. Duh, walang movie na puro umaga lang (i\'m not sure) pero i think hindi naman makakasira sa movie yun. Kaya nga night kaya expect it to be dark or unclear. If we complain about night scenes, don\'t watch a movie at all. Hahahaha sana wala mabutthurt, just my two cents lang naman.

Ako siguro pinapatamaan mo pre haha pero it\'s just my opinion and that\'s what I observed. Some scenes in Pacific Rim are really hard to see in-detail since masyadong madilim which affected my rating.

Well, thanks bro hahaha. Dami din naman nagsabi ng ganun bro, maski yung sa shaky camera ng Man of Steel. Opinion ko lang din naman yun, story kasi ang main target ko sa movie. I don\'t mind the extra thingies. But i got your point man :D

8 points for mech action, yung ibang scene parang may hinugot pa galing sa godzilla movie. Visual effects and the thrill pag nag lalaban na.
Kaso yung storya eh parang ang ganda nung una habang iniintro pero nung ending...parang...yun na yun?
