usually how much ang MERALCO BILL nyo sa INVERTER AIRCON SPLIT TYPE

  • i bought Kolin Split Type 1.5HP Inverter for my bedroom last month(May 09) at na-install na rin sya that day. so far, wla naman aku problem sa unit ok naman sya, malamig at swabe naman ang indoor at outdoor nya. nabili ko sya sa ANSON Php27k, i paid it cash kasi malaki discount nila kapag cash basis. if im not mistaken nasa Php30k ata sya kapag regular price tpos kung installment iba naman ang rate pa. Php5k yung installation charge ng mga 3rd party installer.

today, dumating bill namin from Meralco, the last reading was yesterday, June 07. Ive noticed from my Meralco e-bill every 7th of the month sila nag rereading sa area ko. eksatong 1month ko na rin nalagay yung inverter. ang bill namin umabot ng Php4400. medyo nakakapang gigil kasi nung wla pa kmi inverter Php1500 lang ang average bill namin. i have no idea kung may point ba yung pang gigil ko, hehehe...the mere fact na bumili pa aku sa ACE ng 2 POWER SAVER unit pero late ko na rin sya na-plug yun sa outlet ko...
then i used the MERALCO CALCULATOR ang estimate lang nya is Php378/month. im so much confident na mababa lang yung additional ko sa average bill ko. kaya anu bang apps na yan lakas makapag-UTO ng madlang people. GRAVEHHHH....

most of them ive interviewed is kailangan daw more than 8hrs to 12hrs daw tatakbo yung aircon pra gumana yung INVERTER features nya. hnd ba mas kakain ng kuryente yung kung lalong papatagalin ko sya patakbuhin?

PA HELP NA LANG MADLANG PEOPLE, thank you
from 7,000k-7,500k last month meralco bill to 14,400k this month meralco bill sa computer shop ko, sakit ng ulo ko ngyn dahil sa pag upgrade ko ng aircon from 1.5hp window type aircon to 3hp split type inverter aircon. eto po un info/details from last month to latest.

    Set up last month:
    14 unit 1 timer 1 server = 16 unit computer
1.5hp window type panasonic aircon (11am-12am) 13hours usage
    3pcs electric fan (opening-closing)
    1pc exhaust fan (opening-closing)
    = 7,300k month bill (674 kwh usage)

    Set up This month:
    14 unit 1 timer 1 server = 16 unit computer
3hp split type inverter panasonic aircon (11am-10pm) 11hours usage
    3pcs electric fan (8am-11am) 3hours usage
    1pc exhaust fan (8am-11am) 3hours usage
    =14,400k bill (1355 kwh usage)

    aircon mode:
    :Temp - 16
    Fan Speed:
    - 11am-6pm max fan speed
    - 6pm-11pm auto fan speed
    : Eco navi ON

    Note:

    Question/Help

    thanks in advance.
  • share ko lang . . .

i just bought and installed a 1 HP Carrier Xpower Gold 2 (inverter) last September 26.

    Usage: Daily
    Average hrs: 8-10 night time
    Temp: 27 degrees
    Room size: 9-10 sqm
Room location: Direct sunlight (facing west)

For my latest Meralco bill, tumaas ang KWH used ko ng 7 (from 146 to 153) that's additional Php 54.88 from my last bill. 13 days usage from installation hangang cut-off.

    Settings:
    iAutox first 30-45min
    Cool mode 25 - 26c
    fan speed 3 or 4
    econavi off

    i forgot to mention

    Usage: Daily
    Average hrs: 8-10 night time
    Temp: 27 degrees
    Room size: 9-10 sqm
    Fan speed: 4
Room location: Direct sunlight (facing west)

for 13 days 7kw ang nadagdag, i think mababa na sya.
  • Brand: Hitachi Inverter Split Type
    Power: 2.5Hp
    Usage: Daily
    Average hrs: 12-16
    Temp: 27 degrees
Room size: 15 sqm (there are 2 other rooms connected with ventilation system).
    Room location: Direct sunlight
Bill average for AC (only): 600 ~ 700 / month
  • My office used to have a window type 1hp. It was pretty much useless in summer and I think it was because kulob ang likod, and on both sides napapaligiran ng large window type aircons kaya puro hot air ang nahihigop. Halos naging kalahati ang electricity bill namin when we switched to split type. Fresh air ang nahihigop kaya madali magpalamig

  • I'm closing this thread as it is practically already covered by the DC Inverter Aircon Thread. <click here for link>. Feel free to post your inverter aircon consumption queries there. Towards the bottom of the first page there is also a list of units and their recorded consumption.
