Wala pa 1 month internet ganto na nangyari, may nakaranas na po ng ganto dito? Eto sabi sa support.

Hi guys. Hope someone could help me. Nagddownload ako ng videos from filesharing site from filestream.me and it's weird na mababa ung download speed na nakukuha ko for the past 2 days. 500-700kbps compare to 2.3-2.5mbps. Plan 1899 20Mbps ung connection ko. last download ko was Monday, di naman mabagal. between thurs and today, bumilis cya friday ng madaling araw, and friday ng hapon, everything else, di ko nammax ung speed. it's possible na sa website may prob pero pag gumagamit nmn ako ng vpn, nakukuha ko naman ung max speed. so sa website kya ung prob? or sa connection ko na? and kung may prob sa connection ko, how would i say it sa tech support?
in case this helps, eto ung stat ng router ko power reset 18hrs ago:

After ko lumipat sa Globe at mag unlike sa mga pages nila ala na ako balita sa kanila.

All US battle.net service seems to be affeced. Can't go online and log in to WoW.
Checked their looking glass and connection terminated to Globe backbone in Seattle.
So this affects the authentication too since it's in US. So even if OW has server in Singapore that won't matter.
Trace route from my end seems to terminate Globe IX before going to Seattle.
I am still observing since service came online at 2pm for 15mins. I have to contact Globe regarding this matter.

kakainggit naman nyan. haha, sana eh biyayaan rin ako ng globe. balik na rin ako sa 75 Mbps DL speeds uli pero sana umabot d2 sa amin yan.

Planning to use sana yung Google / Cloudflare instead of the default pero naka grey out yung DNS sa LAN > DHCP Config?
Sa Application > Static DNS ba dapat ichange?

Ok ba sainyo ang globe hotline when you contact them? Sakin kc, choosing talk to agent and while waiting on hold for several minutes biglang line disconnects. Repeat same thing happen.

Paano maging full admin sir? Yung default creds sa likod ng modem router lang gamit ko.
