Yes po. Globe is not symmetrical in terms of DL and UL speeds but makes up for it by providing DL speed boosts ie.. 25Mbps tops out at 40Mbps. PLDT and Converge are symmetrical though pero di sila lumalampas sa susbcribed speed pag 25Mbps talagang 25Mbps max both DL and UL.

Pwede kaya mag request na pachange yung landline number namin? Naka subscribe kami sa globe broadband for more than 2 years now. I wonder kung may charge ba.

afaik kung new subscriber ka, chances are maghintay ka pa ng certain grace period bago ka makapag-change plan. pero kung same amount/monthly fee lang din naman, "baka sakali" ma-approved yan.
kung madami kayo gagamit at mahilig kayo mag-streaming mag 1899 unlimited ka na. -
Mga sir ano ba ang email ni Globe for account concerns? Yung current fiber plan kasi namin is under free trial until June 14. Gusto na kasi namin ipa continue to paid account na after mag lapse yung free trial. Baka kasi bigla maputol after June 14 pag di kami nag confirm eh. Ang hirap kasi tumawag sa hotline nila ngayon eh

Walang problema CODMW and CODMW:Warzone. Nabangit ko dalawa kasi iba ung datacenter na gamit ni infinity ward for MW and Warzone.
Sa CodMW ping in SG is usually 30-100ms. While Japan 50-80ms. Before Covid MW ping is usually 30-50ms to singapore while japan is 50-60ms.
MW: Warzone: Singapore: 90-120ms. Japan 60-70ms. 0% packet loss. Kaya good luck pag yung mga kalaro mo is PLDT, pag yung game eh nag Japan server, ping nila aabot ng 200ms. Before COVID the SG ping is 40-60ms while Japan server is 60ms.
Globe plans are asymmetric. So your upload is 40% of your official subscribed download speed for VDSL/Fiber plans.

Thank you sa input sir eaforlife. Ngayon season 3 buti okay paden ping mo sa call of duty. Madalas ako host samen. Kaso itong last 2 weeks ng april at buong may. Sablay ping ko sa call of duty. Pero kung netflix, etc wala prob. Kahot download pa. Ping ko lang sa fast 6ms lang then dikit yung DL ko sa UL.

Depende pa din po yan sa available facility sa area nyo po. -
Sa mga current subscribers sa inyo, may option ba kayo to downgrade sa Globe@Home app? Ano yung lowest subscription speed ang pwede niyo piliin sa options?

Mga sir/mam may any idea po ba kayo kung ano magandang gawin ? na bloblock kasi yung ICMP Traffic requests sa router namin kapag may dalawang IP camera na nakabukas eh. Nakakaview kami ng websites / youtube / google pero hindi makaping sa any IP address through cmd (google.com , youtube.com) requests timeout lang which means di rin makakaconnect sa game servers (league, pubg, csgo, etc). Pero di naman tuloy tuloy yung pag block ng ICMP mga hours lang tinatagal tas okay na ulit.

Sa DSL lang po pwede yun sa Globe Fiber hindi possible.

Tingin ko gagana naman yan provided na tama yung vlan, username and pass, and yung ibang necessary infos.

If it can spoof PON MACs, I don't think this would be an issue. -
Backread na lang kayo. Afaik, nasagot na yan multiple times at hindi yata talaga possible.

Sa mga naka plan 1699, 10mbps unli, may speed boost din po ba? O best to get 25mbps na? Planning to apply, spare connection lang..

AFAIK walang official speedboost ang globe, swertihan lang kung mabilis yung mabigay sayo. Before we’re on plan 1699 (5mbps unli as per globe app) and getting 15-20mbps speed. Nag-upgrade kami to plan 1899 (25mbps unli) and 45-50mbps ang nakukuha namin ngayon, while yung katabing bahay namin na naka plan 1699, naka align yung speed nya sa plan which is 10mbps. Nung nasabi ko na i’m getting more than the subscribe speed, nag upgrade rin sya to 1899 25mbps unli and guess what... naka align pa rin yung speed nya sa subscribed plan nya. -

Thanks sa input sir. So depende lang pala talaga yung speed boost. Plan ko kasi mag apply for personal use lang for the coming months since nagwwork from home mga tao dito, nag aagawan ng connection. Regular user lang naman ako with occasional downloads.
One more thing, if ever I get the 10mbps plan, tas di ako satisfied, eligible ba ako agad mag upgrade to a higher plan? -

As per globe FAQs, after 6 months ka pa pwede mag upgrade though may nabasa ako na may nakapag upgrade day 1 pa lang. -

As long as your credit limit with them is enough then yes you can upgrade to higher plans via the app Globe at home free of charge. To check your credit limit you have to login to Globe One app or website.
If not they'll ask you for financial capabilities documents to bypass any pre-requisite as long as they approve it.
Otherwise you can wait for atleast 6 billing cycles to be eligible for upgrade to the next tier.

Try mo mag upgrade sa app. Mukang di nasunod ngayon crisis yung 6 months. January ako nagpakabit may upgrade na agad. 20 Mbps ako to 50 Mbps naapproved agad. Iba 1 month may upgrade na din.
Di ko lang din alam kung nagkamali sila kasi iba na din lumalabas sa upgrade button ni Globe. Mukang need na tawagan di kagaya nung nakaraang linggo hehe -
Sirs, are any of you experiencing frequent loss of connection recently? Lost connection yesterday around 4pm then went back around 7pm. Today lost connection around 10:30 am still down until now. Commonwealth, Quezon City Area. Currently on Fiber Plan 100 Mbps plan 2499.
