looks about right... kase yung 2,699 nasa 600Mbps na eh.

Sa mga recently lang nakabitan ng globe, may ganito ba talaga silang checking few weeks after makabitan? Di naman ako worried, legit naman yung text. Just curious or wondering na bakit need pa talaga mag visit.

may setting ba para laging 1gbps yung link speed? cat5e naman yung cable, minsan okay siya sa 1gbps yung speed. tapos sa speed test 300-400 mbps.
pero minsan nagiging 100mbps yung link speed, tapos 90-95 na lang sa speed test.

Ang haba na ng runtime ng Globe modem ko lol. More than 5 months na. Very stable and consistent.

Thanks, same pala tayo. So far goods din connection ko, nakaka-ilang reset lang kasi kinakalikot ko config pero ttest ko na din ngayon yung stability.

Depende sa subcon po yan.

Stable in most areas majority ng nagkaka-issue dahil sa mga ninanakaw na cables.
We all know CS sucks.
100x better PLDT and Converge. I can personally vouch for Globe's relatively better CS in fact I just requested speed realignment yesterday and speed was adjusted in less than 24 hours.

Not true at least in my case. I am on Plan 1699 and they offered me an ONU upgrade I think that was last quarter of 2022. Though I am using a TP-LINK WiFi AX router already and disabled the ONU's WiFi.
Recently requested a realignment via Messenger from 150Mbps to 200Mbps yesterday with DL speed of 235Mbps and UL of 212Mbps. Not bad really for the cost.

Former Plan 2499 subscriber ako nun tinawagan ako ng Globe for renewal, I asked if ma upgrade na ren yun router ko pero unfortunately sabi nun taga GLobe sa Plan 2699 and up available,
Nice strategy on them para ma enganyo mag upgrade sa higher plan.

Ako, route mode lang, connected to my BYOD router, all working VoWIFI ng Globe, SMART, and DITO.

May effect ba kung palitan ko yung cat5 cable coming from ONU going to my bridged router into CAT6? May difference ba effect in terms of consistency ng speed? Napansin ko kasi i don’t get full speed all the time kahit wala nag surf or stream at certain times. Lalo sa upload speeds, di maka reach ng 500mbps 90% most of the times mag test ako.

Kainis etong Globe.
Nagka-outage sa area namin (Project 8 Sangandaan) last Saturday 6pm. Bumalik na kinabukasan, Sunday, ng around 6pm din. Pagkabalik, pumangit masyado yung RX. From the usual -15, naging -26. Kaya naging very erratic na ang internet connection namin.
And when I checked my nephew's own Globe connection, maski sa kanya, ganun din nangyari. Same sa kapitbahay namin na Globe din. So definitely, hindi ito problema sa connection namin sa poste. Yung area mismo ang nagkaroon ng issue.
Paano kaya ito maire-report sa Globe. Sa Globe at Home messenger, automated ang sumasagot eh. Walang actual agent na makausap.

@joseph, sa incomming lang kasi nagana ung wificalling sa akin. kailangan ko i off muna bago makapagoutgoing.
napagana ko lang ung out incomming, after idisable ung ALG Configurations.
nagana ba sayo ung outgoing sa wifi calling?
