If naka platinum/VIP plan ka you can call 7-730-1888 directly from your landline and may makaka usap ka na rep to assist you. Kahit regular 7-730-1000 hotline ka tumawag. after entering your account # you'll be routed directly sa VIP hotline. Yung perks mas faster yung dispatch nila. from my experience if I call for service may dadating agad kinabukasan na tech.

ok yan platinum plan na meron dedicated hotline para sa mga vip customer, no more waiting, mabilis kausap at mag process ng request mga agent nila, unlike sa regular hotline napaka tagal, experience ko na yan before sa platinum plan mobile

This is great to hear. Hindi ko alam na may ganito pala sa 2499 and up, pero so far wala pa naman ako issues sa globe. I'll take a note of their number in case.

Hello po, kakapalit lang ni Globe ng aking ONT dahil i-naupgrade nila ako ng plan to a WiFi 6 capable router. Pero parang iba na ang full admin credentials... Meron po ba nakakaalam?

Mine is GFiber 1699 @200Mbps na din with actual 235 DL / 215 UL speed. Based on my experience with PLDT both for home and enterprise hindi talaga nakukuha yun advertised speed even sa 1Gbps plan so huwag magpapaloko sa advertised speed ni PLDT. Sa Globe very consistent both Home and Business subok ko na yan ng ilang years na din.

anong other way malaman kung anong plan kana? wala ako makita sa GlobeOne app dati kasi sa Globe at Home meron eh. Wala narin manage account sa Globe website or di ko lang makita. Kasi nag padowngrade ako from 1899 to 1699 last week kasi same lang naman ng speed. Tapos kaninang umaga may tumawag na sales na nagooffer ng upgrade sa 1899 plan ko daw kaya nagtaka ako.

Di na kelangan maging official pwede ka mag-request realignment via Globe's FB Messenger account. Mga 10 minutes lang yung verification process nila then nagawa naman agad yung request ko.

^tnx. Mukhang wala na nga. Mag switch kase parents ko from pldt to globe since every 2-3 weeks napuputol internet for 2-3 days. Yung sanang lower plans lang since 2-3 tao lang sila sa bahay pero gusto kase may landline so mukhang sa plan 2499 ang bagsak.

I agree with this, kala ko aabutin ng ilang araw ang request. 10 minutes lang pala. Plan 1699, from 150MBPs to 200MBPs agad. Please try contacting them sa GlobeOne app, tap More then Help > make account changes. Then pupunta na sa messenger.

How about phased out plans? I am still at 1499, plan 75mbps, it is more than enough na nga para sa akin, and I've been getting up to 85-90mbps most of the time. but a speed bump would be better too. I wonder kelan nila i re-align yung mga plans na yun.

How about phased out plans? I am still at 1499, plan 75mbps
Try to contact them via Globe's FB messenger account. Afaik, you should get a bump around 150Mbps pag na align account mo.

I have tried that. They said kahit nadaw ma tapos contract mo pag DATA ONLY plan ka is yun padin ang magiging plan mo unless you opt. to terminate the plan after mo natapos ang contract and you decided to get a new one na may landline na. Weird nga eh. Naka 800Mbps na ako na plan pero di parin pwedeng mag add ng landline. Na retention narin tong account ko pero wala parin silang nagawa sa retentions dept.

just downgraded 2199 to 1699 ... suppose to be mga sept pa end ng 2year lock in pero na approve agad ng walang additional fees... nagbago na ata kalakaran ng lock-in... heavy user ng torrrent pero sobra sobra na sa akin yung 450mbps

Yun din nga sana plano ko na mag add na lang ng landline with a lower plan. Inquire ko na lang sa globe store pero I am not hoping na din as explained ni deantagonist. Cguro after contract ipadowngrade na lang. At least may 1 year na disney plus na kasama so ok na din kahit papano. No choice kase sakit sa ulo ng pldt sa area nila.

last year nag inquire ako for landline... hindi na pwede mag add lahat ng data plan...
nag inquire ko kahapon for realignment ng speed (plan 50Mbps @P1,299) wala upgrade speed,
same din kahit mag upgrade ko plan 75Mbps @P1,499... may realignment lang plan P1,699 @200Mbps and up...

Not sure if Globe has any plan of upgrading the speed for existing customers under plan1899 since hindi naman ata pwede na forever sila parehas ng speed ng 1699 noh. ????Hirap magdecide if magpapa downgrade ng plan or wait a little bit more.
