Any palm sized micro will work. You just need to get as much flight time as possible. Fly it around your living room, your computer room, your kitchen. Before i fly 450 helicopters, the one i learned to fly on when i decided to get serious was a v911.
That guys pirouettes were a bit much but point is, we learned our controls and orientation on something that we won't mind crashing. These days brushed micro quads do the same job with the same controls, but potentially more damage resistant. Once you've learned to fly on a micro, you can pretty much fly any sized quad as the handling and controls would be near identical. You only need to worry about details like payload and weight capacity then.
Sent to me for product testing. Not really sure if there's much point to it now since they've already released other models. But it's basically a micro brushed that's configured like a racer.
