I was thinking of Honda Civic 1.8 S CVT @ 1.1M, ano pros and cons neto? idadaan sa EDSA madalas
Get the Coolray instead, mas comfy yung ride lalo na sa lubak lubak na EDSA and mas mura pa sa Civic except the totl (but barely).
I have the Civic 1.8E but kung nauna lang yung Coolray lumabas, I will get it over the Civic without hesitation. Madami din problem yung Civic FC: EPS gearbox (P80k if out of warranty, and some owners more than 3x na nagpapapalit within warranty, ako 1x pa lang so far), unlimited rattles sa cabin, fuel pump, etc.
Perfect ang CUVs for me. (Coolray, HR-V, CR-V, XV, Forester, etc)

Advise po sana sa Wigo 2020 and Brio. both are 658k srp. same cabin space po ba sila? sa availability po ng aftermarket parts? mas mahal po ba ang honda parts compare sa toyota? sabi kasi ng bayaw ko mahal ang honda kaya toyota nalang daw. before may civic 2006 ako and tested ko at yung comfort driving.
biggest factor to consider: price / value / availability of parts
on paper kasi honda city talaga pero concern ko is yung parts availability and price nya , parang ang mahal kapag nasira.
Misleading masyado na mahal Honda.
I've owned a 1st gen Vios and a City GM, walang concern for both parts and price.
With that info in mind, nag bnew Civic ako (2nd hand yung previous cars). So far no regrets sa purchase pero considering the market nowadays, I would have gotten another car if I were to buy a bnew car today (Geely Coolray).

if you can buy a brand new honda city, why not put on your selection a brand new vios instead of a second hand.
if you are going for the second hand vios, parts are always available.

i'm leaning toward honda city.
side note: ye -i agree , geely coolray is a nice car though there's a stigma on Chinese car. Same treatment on korean cars around 10 years ago.

no offense sa Toyota owners pero sa mga na-own ko na brand.. yung Toyota pinaka-sirain, and that is within first 5 years of life ng auto
problem with other 3rd party parts though is hindi masyado maganda ang quality

At the end of the day, mas okay maging practical kesa porma. Just make sure ok 2nd hand bilhin mo.
Take it from me, napaka bwisit nabili ko 2nd hand. Nag tiwala kasi relative.

i am thinking of getting ford ranges xlt. Sulit ba mag wildtrack for express way driving or okay na xlt? thanks.
^ mahal yan kung p120k for a 4 year old unit.
Walang nasirang part.
120k for a 4 year car is extremely disappointing. Of course unless under warranty yan at wala kang ginastos. But still wala ka ng peace of mind.
Andito din yung new owner nito hehe.
Also hindi pickups or ppvs ang best choice for expressways. Kung mainly expressway ka, better to get yung CUVs like Sta Fe, CR-V, or even the Explorer.
Assuming ayaw mo na ng sedan which are the best sa expressways.
