Iba pag abroad at pag may campaign kasama ang government support. In fact, they give incentives to those who are going to purchase Hybrids and EV like Singapore.

Hindi pako mulat niyan so I solely based that info on the internet. Prius was released on the 2nd half of the 90s. Although someone pointed out hindi pa hybrid si Prius at that time.

which road are you referring to? PH road? other countries road? PH road yes because there is less campaign when it comes to Hybrid before. also, Prius is expensive (Japan Made) for Filipinos. Prius was released in 90s without hybrid technology.

Walang hybrid program or incentives ang govt sa pilipinas na kagaya ng sa ibang bansa at walang prius sa pilipinas noong 90s.

From my limited exp, mas malakas magbigay ng discount si mitsubishi. 70k bigay na discount samin nun sa G4 2015 ko, yung kapitbahay namin, bumili ng Xpander, 90k yung discount for their GLS 2021. Whereas si toyota, 30k yung discount na binigay dun sa isa naming kapitbahay na naka rush.
Nung nagtanung din ako for Avanza and Innova, parang 15-20k discount lang bigay nila sakin via bank PO. Honda din parang around that same price range.
Corporate wise, pansin ko nga toyota talaga. Baka nga malaki discount sa corp. Sa mga ka batch ko na may pakotse, puro sila toyota. Lalo sa mga pharmaceutical companies, pa-service car nila laging vios. Though nagho-honda sila for the Managers and GMs.
Yes sir, as per my post. Negotiated discounts are normally offered for fleets and employee car loans/plans. I used to work under an umbrella which includes toyota ph. May free toyota car hehe. Cool din yung service na innova na parang eroplano sa loob. What i've learned is kuripot sila sa commercial variants dito sa pinas haha. Tinitipid nila yung nilalagay except sa top of the line. Prius naman is a great very efficient hybrid. Too bad it's very expensive here. Marami siyang hater because performance is basic and interior is generic. Pang point A to malayong point B lang talaga siya.
Iirc there is a law for excise tax exemption for ev and 50% for hybrid. Pero mahal talaga ang cars sa pinas because there are a lot of other taxes imposed. Tumaas pa nung nag-TRAIN law. Imagine i bought my mirage before for less than 500k! Then came train law. Now a mirage is at 700k!

Corolla Cross Hybrid sold 175 units. There are people now as long as the price is right, will purchase a hybrid car. Altis on the otherhand is from the 11th gen numbers. 12th gen offers both hybrid and gasoline variants.
got myself a ford territory. comfy ride (especially the suspension), nice aircon, good/decent power for its size (the turbo really comes in handy) , good space, but the fuel consumption is even worse than in my ecosport (which is saying a lot). hopefully eh hindi kasing daming papalitan kagaya ng ng sa ecosport.
di ko mineasure pa ng full tank method pero tingin ko eh 5-6km per liter eh. malakas sa gas yung pagdating ko ng isang area eh 5 minutes akong nagiidle para properly makapag cooldown si turbo. 6kms lang ako from house to office. pag nagmanila office na ako (from tandang sora qc) eh palitan ko si ecosport ng toyota cross hybrid.
significant pa rin ba ang fuel savings sa corollar cross hybrid kung expressway (nlex to skyway stage 3) naman daan ko araw araw or hindi na masyado kasi hindi na traffic yun? better ba magpickup na lang ako at diesel yun at mageven out ang fuel cost? salamat

Dun kasi sa reveal nung avanza, dalawa yung pine-present nilang vehicle, Avanza 2022 tsaka Veloz 2022. Tapos malaki difference nung face value nung dalawa. Kaya parang another model altogether yung Veloz.

Veloz is more on aesthetics kasi eh. even from the past Avanza Veloz release. kung mapapansin mo yung fascia ng Veloz ngayon versus Avanza G variant. baka magkaroon pa yan ng GR-S variant. hehehe.
Ask ko lang po: ano po kaya pang kapit sa rain guard/sun visor/door visor or kung ano man tawag po dun sa mahaba na hard plastic na ikinakabit sa itaas ng window po? 90s corolla big body lang po yung tsikot. Salamat po!
