Hindi naman ata? Pero likely. Ako kasi, Feb 22 dapat ang start date, pero namove to Feb 26, reason was kulang pala yung pre-emp medical exam, nung una kasi, ininsist ng nurse na X-ray and physical exam lang daw needed, tapos pinabalik ako after a week, need din pala ng drug test. Yun NBI clearance ko naman, bukas pa ang scheduled release so binigay ko lang yung appointment stub in the meantime.

Paano ba magreach out properly sa POC ko? Kakatapos ko lang ng NJO with Accenture last Friday (Feb 26). Nacomplete ko na yung required tasks, although kulang ko pa yung NBI Clearance and BIR Form 2316 for 2021. Hindi ko pa rin narereceive yung company laptop, so personal muna ginagamit ko for now. Pero since natapos yung NJO, wala akong natanggap na new email regarding my work schedule, other tasks, etc. Wala ring info sa ETA ng laptop (nag-email na ko sa contact). Tinawagan naman ako ng HR para tanungin kung nareceive ko na yung laptop pero wala pa rin dumarating. Binigay din sa kin yung details ng POC, so nagmessage ako, pero walang reply sa message yung POC.
Ok lang ba kung tawagan ko na yung POC? Magmessage naman ako prior to calling. If hindi ito yung proper way, may iba pa bang way para magreach out?

mas maganda to just send one email to HR and POC, then bahala na sila sumagot dun sa email trail na yun

Posible na di ako matanggap kahit pumasa sa final interview? Mag 2 weeks na kasi pero wala pang tawag then nag follow up email ako sa recruitment POC ko pero walang response. Thanks.

regarding sa tanong mo, for me nakakahiya din mag-call initially sa mga HR/recruiter, "baka sabihin mamadali tayo" , pero if urgent/critical question naman siguro baka pwede mong icall na para makamove forward ka, I think hindi naman sila magiging rude para sabihing bawal tumawag hahaha

Guys required ba talaga ang CoE sa lahat ng previous companies ko? Yung isang dati company ko kasi hindi talaga responsive last year pa ako sige kulit sa kanila for my CoE huhu.
And my latest BIR 2316 was nung 2018 pa pero ang nasa akin ngayon is nung 2017 (nawala ko kasi yung 2018), required ba na latest 2316 ang ibibigay?

@calculus, syempre may bumabagsak pa rin sa closing interview. however, mararamdaman mo na yan dun mismo if you passed. for example, during mine, the interviewer started 'bragging' na about the company, and telling me what kind of capability he is seeing me be part of. in short, it was obvious i passed.
re:CoE if you CAN't provide it, most probably the HR will ask you to create a letter justifying why you can't or why you can't at the moment.
@xerxies, it looks like you are already passing reqts dahil pumasa ka na? tama ba? if that is the case, nothing to worry. if they ask, be ready to answer lang why you didnt declare. for example, i had some companies i didnt declare because my stay way too short so I didnt know it would be needed.

Hintay lang. Try mo magbackread, di naman exactly 2 weeks after yung call, minsan more than 2 weeks yung hinintay ng ibang applicants, depende sa different factors. If confident ka sa final interview, ok na yun. Wag mo na lang masyadong isipin, especially kung may iba ka ring inapplyan. That will keep things off your mind for a while.

Normal ba talaga na after ng NJO, walang instructions on what to do next other than "Please contact your POC" or "Wait for their call", etc. Nagfollow up naman ako sa right people about what to do next post NJO, pero wala akong natatanggap na proper response. Gaano ba katagal bago sila magbigay ng instructions (through email, sms, phone call) about sa schedule ng training or work, specifically ngayon na work from home ang set up? Nasa bench ba ko pag ganito yung situation? Pero dapat di ba meron mag-guide sa kin at least kung anong gagawin kahit nasa bench ako?
Btw, meron na kong access sa ACN portals, mylearning, pesh, email, etc. pero through my personal laptop since di ko pa narereceive yung work laptop ko.

@hardness, i can relate. i think just be assertive and productive ka as much as u can. wag mawalan ng chance na di ka magparamdam, para no one can tell you na you were passive. pag sinabing contact your POC, for example, do it. email, text, call. pag nagawa mo na un, you are good.
@cyclops, di ko pa na-try. luckily, as soon as my start date, deployed na ako sa project. di ko alam kung bakit, tbh.

@yogiDoggiebear sir, i just had my onboarding earlier. I ask the hr about my concern sa d ko diniclare na previous work experience ko. Tapos pina edit nila at pinalagay sa personal data sheet. I feel anxious about it kasi Awol ang status ko dun sa company na yun. What do you think?

I think you should not think about it. Mukhang wala na magagawa eh. Thinking will just be useless.
Instead be productive like process all the reqts they ask for AND also apply for other companies para your egss aren't just in one basket.
