Mga taga-Accenture... Taas ang kamay! part2

    Yun nga eh dapat pag tinimes mo yung percentage sa annual salary mo e dapat yun yung bonus mo kaso iba talaga lumalabas compared sa nasa site.

    Eh kaya ka nga lumipat dahil doble o triple ang sahod sa labas eh.

  • ^hehe im nobody for accenture to do that. applied there for a career shift but i think bpo is not for me. planning to give my resignation letter on monday. besides the project assigned to us was cancelled 2 days before my start date. my concern is if i still need to render 30 days even if floating ako?

    So true. Kaya tatanggihan ko yung kahit anong counter offer nila sakin pagresign ko. :D

    May floating. Ilalagay ka lang sa "project/IG bench" hindi central bench. Hindi ba pag nasa bench ka nagresign no need na ng 30 days? Wala ka naman itratransition eh wala ka namang project.

  • Ang hirap naman pag nasa IG Bench... like bakit pa ba ako kinuha as urgent resource kung hindi naman pala ganun ang mangyayari. Pwede ba ako magrequest ng roll off since hindi ko din naman gusto ‘tong napuntahan ko? Natatakot kasi ako sa supervisor ko baka kung ano maisip niya about me leading to a negative stereotype. Thank you po huhu.

  • ^ Depende kung walang roll-offan jan sa project na yan. If di ka maroll off after requesting sa manager/supervisor, you can reach out to your TFS para roll off agad.
  • Hey, new hire din ako sa accenture. Currently bench and petiks palang, so far ok naman. Humingi rin ako ng task pangpalipas oras, pinagawa nalang ako ng exam para sa mga bootcamps traines lol.

    Try mo lang magsabi. Ako nagsabi ako noon sa team lead ko then after 1 week na roll-off na (Siyempre give good reason din.)

    Alam ko kahit di na 30 days pag nasa bench/training/bootcamp eh. Dami kong kakilala na 3 days lang nag render ng resignation haha. Pero siyempre lahat yan either bumagsak sa bootcamp or nagresign before ma-assign sa project
  • Hello po. I am set to start my Accenture journey next year as an ASE. (Un)Luckily, meron nang capability na nabigay sakin. I will work as an Application Support Associate under Salesforce capability. Ok po ba ito or should I back off habang maaga pa, request for retool or what? By the way Im a career shifter (my college degree is way far from IT field) so I really need your opinion. I want to push thru sa IT field talaga.
    Pahingi na din po sana advice kung ano magandang capability ang magandang ipursue for better luck of success in the future. Thank you very much sa magrereply :)

    experience in accenture varies between projects. most are toxic, some are not. meron mabilis mapromote, meron pahirapan. again, depende sa project.
    benefits are good in acn, specially long term.
    if gusto mo ipagpatuloy ang career sa salesforce, it's up to you.
    requesting to retool for an ASE might be difficult.

    print ka ng 2 copy ng resignation letter and have them signed by your manager.
    1 copy will be for your manager, 1 will be routed to HR. then ask your manager to trigger exit mgt. next steps will be sent to you by email.
