  Finally downgraded my 3DS to 9.2... installed rxTools, unlinked the nands and installed the flashcart whitelist CIA...
  
  All good now and running on 10.7 RX-E... Still using Sky3DS and R4 for DS games.

  There are a lot of guides online. Plailect's is pretty good too.
