    I uploaded kaagad sa portal after the payment was sent. Wala pa rin, I tried messaging their platforms and only one replied. Sobrang generic pa ng reply, parang cinopy paste lang.

  • May RTO ba converge pag continuous ping sa google? Itong pldt vdsl ko ilang araw na may RTO
  • ^ lahat naman ng networks will encouter RTO as long as you saturate your line.

    try mo gumamit ng QoS like fq_codel or cake using openwrt or pfsense, tamo solve yan ping issue mo.
  • Nagapply ako nung addons na 99 till now wala pa din text and email. meron rin po bang nag apply ng addons dito na 99 sa plan 1500
  • yung converge ng kapitbahay may RTO sa google kahit nag iisa sya gumagamit ng net. may sariling leased international gateway ba ang converge?

    New normal na ata yung may RTO sa internet subscription kahit walang ibang gumagamit ng net at wala akong ibang internet activity other than pinging google.

  • Mga Sir baka po may ngtatrabaho dito sa office ng converge, nagbiblink po kasi yung PON tas walang network, ndi nmn LOS ung problema, meaning sa converge mismo, kakabayad lang namin tapos biglang nawala, baka po may pwedeng kumontact papareactivate po. Baka kasi masayang yung payment :(

  • Good day mga master, balak ko sana i connect sa converge isp modem si old router ask ko lang kung paano gawing access point / extender itong pldt home fibr AN5506-04-FA RP2627 ko po na modem, di na po kasi nagagamit. Triny ko na po kasi i disable ang dhcp nito pero no internet padin may mga kailangan pa po gawin? or baka amy kailangan iset sa mismong converge router? salamat po sa makakatulong
  • Malamang naka bind kasi yung WAN side ng PLDT router na yan sa the fiber interface, kaya hindi mo puedeng gamitin as a extender. Need mo ng router na LAN cable din ang WAN input like most 3rd party routers are.

    lagpas 48hrs sakin dati. pang 3rd day parang dun na activate. once nakuha mo sms or email biglang magiging 35mbps na.

    August 7, 2020 - Binigay yung account number ng agent (walang email notif about account number)
    August 8, 2020 - Dumating ung nag iinstall
    August 8, 2020 - Nagbayad ako ng 1,500 deposit thru GCASH

    Tanong ko lang kung ilang days po bago magkaron ng internet to? And dapat bang wag tanggalin ung saksakan hanggat wala pang interne?

    salamat sir eto biglang nawalan ng net tapos bumalik yung net naka 35mbps na sakto po sabi mo sir after 3 days pang 3 days ko after mag apply

  • Help needed: Converge modem "offline"

    Hi guys, need help because I can't seem to connect to my modem. Here's my situation:

    power light: steady on
    PON: steady on
    WLAN: steady on
    LOS: no light

    Unfortunately, I can't seem to connect to my modem anymore, meaning my phone and my computer can't detect it. I tried powering it off then turning it back on but still no use. This started happening yesterday afternoon.

    I'm using a range extender because my PC is on the 2nd floor of our home and the modem is in the first floor which make using LAN cable impossible but this is the first time that this happened since I had Converge installed last November.

    I'm using our backup wifi for the mean time but what I can't figure out is, why can I not connect to the modem's 192.168.100.1? Is there something wrong that's outside of my control?

    Please please please, I need help!
  • Any ff14 players? Plano ko bumalik pero nag ping check muna ako sa elemental data center, ping ko for the past 2 days nasa 160-290. Dati naman 60-90 lang siya.
  • Step 7 na finally. I'm confused, I paid 2.5k the previous step. Do I have to pay another 2.5k to proceed with installation? Below the step 7/9 note, may nakalagay ulit na payment channel details eh.

  • May nakakaranas ba dito na madalas nabagal ung connection? Pag download mabilis naman pero browsing mabagal. Nagpalit na rin ako DNS at iba pa.

    Padalas na ng padalas ganito Converge. Parang tino-throttle na talaga nila yung mga user. Mas matindi ito pag hapon hanggang gabi lalo na kapag marami nakaconnect (150Mbps plan) pero no heavy usage (ex. download, stream,etc) browising lang.

    stock router ba gamit galing ISP? Youtube at Netflix and alike cause heavy traffic lalo na kung madaming gumagamit....

    I think stock router gamit niya. ISP-provided are usually s***. Mas okay talaga kapag third-party router yung gamit.

  • sa wakas naayos na nila. Nagsend ako ng screenshot ng ping ko sa router nila na <1ms at ping kay pareng gugel na cannot ping.

    Ayun resolved after 24 hours. pinaabot pa ng 12 days. Bwisit

    ganito pala style sa kanila. Mag-message (PM) ka sa COnverge ICT Support Page nila, tapos magcomment ka sa page nila ng complaint mo. Tuwing di ka sasagutin sa PM reply ka sa page nila.
  • for some reason, i've been locked out of their ONT/router. Also deactivated ang LAN1. (They are aware na may router ako sa LAN1 during their testing).

    So only way to turn off the ONT wifi is thru the side button.

    edit: na-access ko na ulit GUI. hehehe

  • so far stable sa proj 8, qc.

    olats lang talaga yung almost 2 weeks na walang connection, yung data plan ko sa Smart kailangan nasa gate ako ng garahe para maging LTE. Ngayon naninibago ako na pwede ako mag messenger at fb sa loob ng bahay. lol
  • Ano bang recommended na router upgrade para dito sa Converge? Yung abot-kaya lang.

  • No connection. LOS blinking RED. Pembo, Makati area. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

  • 1 lan port lang po ba ang gumagana sa modem ng converge? icoconnect ko kasi sana yung extender ko thru lan cable para sa 2nd floor tapos yung PC ko nakaconnect thru lan cable din. nawawalan ng net kapag 2 nakasaksak sa lan port
