dont bother guys, smart had implemented throttling again since last enhancement. observe your speed, from 20mbps to sudden drop 1-4 mbps instantly after a few seconds when downloading. consistent result every time modem is restarted.

Noticed 2 changes in my smartbro postpaid plan after the so called "upgrade":
P2P or torrent download speed is now being throttled at around 30kbps similar to prepaid.
Direct download speed is now being throttled at around 80kbps once you reach at around 800mb (not sure about the exact limit, this isjust based on observation). This gets refresh the next day.
I have the ABS 999 plan, but considering that my plan is still time-based and I got throttled even before I consume my alloted hours is plain ridiculous.

Las Piñas ako. Ewan ko bakit naging ganyan yung speed nung akin. Dati lampas 5 Mbps nga yung speed sa bahay eh. I am using a Huawei B315s-936. Actually Plan 599 pa ako. HIndi ko lang pinadisconnect.

^It has to be, this has happened since last week. can't think of any other reason. And I even compared it to my other smart postpaid account (all-in plan), which I do not normally use for dloading The latter still getting good speed.
Well, it is still better than the old capping where you get 2g speed.

Hello po. It seems may similar problems po across the board ever since yung "upgrade" nila. I'd like to know kung bumagal din ba mmo's niyo or other online games kahit na sa speedtest eh relatively mabilis pa din? Anyone else having problems like that?

when doing heavy downloading, speed is throttled 1-4 mbps, when u restart the modem speed is back to 20 mbps or more then will be throttled after you download around after a minute or two. p.s torrent is highly throttled.
shouldn't they upgrade their service rather degrading it?, its 2017 for god sake. this company has a history of using all means to limit users bandwidth. shame on them.
long time smart postpaid. displeased as always.
