2 billing cycle bago ka madisconnect pero no other charges once na ma settle.. na experience ko siya last 2 months since wala ako time makapag bayad dahil pang gabi shift ko at puro OT pa kami ayun na disconnect pero nung binayaran ko sa smart na post agad kaya nabalik agad ang connection :)

Mga ka smart user another question. Di po ako makaconnect sa steam ko. May maintainance ba ulit ang smart? Kayo po ba nakakaconnect sa mga gaming clients niyo? Thanks.

na-experience nyo ba yung nagregister kayo sa gigasurf50 on any data package ng smart tapos wala 10mins ubos na daw yung 800mb/2gb?

ako nga nag-google pa lang at nahotspot sa windows 10 yubng naka-connect, kahit nag-background update yung windows 10, di naman mauubos yung 2 gb in 10mins.

Tanong ko lang po sana. What if may 2 smart postpaid ako tapos di ko na nabayaran yung isa. Yung isa tinuloy ko, am I still qualified to renew/retention/loyalty sa isang account ko to get new phone? O dapat parehas active account ko?

You must be employed to a company with partnership with smart.. Pag di po siya kasama sa list ni smart di ka qualified for enterprise.

If you have an existing Surfmax subscription, don't try to load LTE100 in case you've reached your limit for that day.
LTE100 will give 3gb of DATA MB which you can't use. Not sure why.
Wasted my 100php. I've loaded BIG50 instead.
EDIT: Once I've loaded BIG50, the load for LTE100 started to work. I was able to used it all up.

My co-worker's Galaxy A5 is getting a 4G+ signal here in Ayala Makati while my Galaxy S7 Edge is only getting a 4G signal. Is this normal?

Hello! May nagkaroon na po ba ng same experience sa inyo with my frustrating experience?
Gamit ko po at LTE Prepaid Sim cards ng SMART. Ang gamit kong promo is UnliSurf 85 (meron pa sa mga piling tindahan). So walang problema, bravo speed, low ping, etc. Problema lang, after 3-4 hrs of watching Youtube BAAAMM!!! Nawawala yung Cellular Data Connection (Lahat 3G H+ LTE) FOR A WHOPPING 12 HOURS. Proven ko na 12 hours since maraming beses na po itong nangyari. Tumawag man ako o hindi sa smart call center, same lang. 12 hours hinihintay bago bumalik yung signal. I understand may limit na yung mga internet promos nila. Im just wondering if may nakakaexperience din ba sa inyo neto.
