Good day. Need your thoughts on which upgrade that will be most beneficial to me as I'm trying to squeeze as much performance into my current rig. I'm currently thinking about upgrading 2 core parts but I can only choose one. Using MSI B350M Mortar with updated BIOS and it still serves me well.
Here's my upgrade path:
a. Upgrading my R5 1600 to R5 3600
b. Upgrading my GTX1070ti to RTX2070/RTX3060?

May asim pa ang GTX1070 so meron pa yan GTX1070ti mo, I think maganda na mag GPU upgrade ka nalang once na bitin na talaga (or bumaba na ulit presyo ng GPU sa presyo na matatanggap mo) but for now siguro OC mo pa R5-1600 para mapiga pa ang min-max FPS na makukuha mo.
Hanggang 3.6GHz lang kaya, beyond that nag cracrash na. Do you think I should probably get R5 3600 kung gusto ko na talaga ma-max out? Supported naman sya ng mobo ko.
Hi, I'm looking for an IPS 27" 1440p monitor with Tilt and Height Adjustments around Php 22k below. To be used as my second monitor. I Will be using it for editing and a little bit of FPS gaming. (naliliitan na ako sa 24" pag nag eedit)
I am eyeing at Gigabyte M27Q, Ok lang po ba to kahit GPU ko is RX570 4gb for now.
Mag uupgrade naman ako ng GPU in the future pag bumaba na presyo nila at least ready na monitor ko in a way.
If there are other options, feel free to suggest .
^ ok pa yang 1050ti sir... palag pa yan sa 1080p gaming... if meron kana on hand, use it on your 25k plan rig. upgrade kana lang later if nag normalize na presyuhan ng video cards.
Yes sir! Ang maganda sa SEA market is ang daming bang for the buck HSF na readily available sa atin at actually mas mura pa sa SRP ng nasa video na yan.
@BCgelo
pabuild ako 25k budget
pang-gaming kung kakayanin
ok ba rin 1050ti 4gb?
I am torn to upgrade my monitor from 1080p60hz to 1440p120hz.
The problem is, kaya ba ni 1660 super or kahit 2060 ang 1440p120hz?
Current build ko is.
Ryzen 3 3100
1650 super
16gb rams
Nilalaro ko: Genshin Impact, DOTA 2, CS:GO and NBA 2K.
As of now, itong build ko with 1080p60hz nag kaka meron akong stutter or FPS drop pag ka matagal na nag lalaro, but the temps is still within normal 50 to 60 deg from both CPU and GPU.
Monitor ang priority ko to upgrade sa ngayon then eventually GPU once mag settle na ang prices.

*Yes kaya naman ng GTX1660S at RTX2060 ang 1440p 120hz depende sa game. Sa DotA, kaya naman ng high settings ng current GTX1650S mo except magiging inconsistent sya na ma hit constantly ang 120fps but it will still be a slight improvement over sa 1080p 60hz (Tested sa akin using a 5600XT at 1440p 165hz, ultra settings, medyo nachachallenge din ang GPU ko which is notably faster sa RTX2060)
*Sa Genshin Impact naman, no issues siguro since hindi naman sya ganun ka demanding IMHO at capped yung game mismo at 60fps.
*Then sa FPS drop concern mo, probably depende sa game at kinakapos ang GTX1650S.
@BCgelo
Sa 25K, may existing monitor ka narin ba? Or 25K + monitor din?
@watertofu

Note: Yes wala pang case na kasama, anything you can recommend? Also, I think PSU can ba improved - just wanted to buy a higher capacity so once GPU pricing become stable, then I'm ready.
Sa PSU naman, a solid 500-650W should be enough to handle most GPUs
psu, FSP Hydro K 600W BRONZE - 2650php
psu, Cooler Master MWE Bronze V2 550W - 2650php
psu, Seasonic Core GC550 GOLD 550w - 3890php (I'm currently using this one)
psu, BeQuiet System Power U9 600W - 3150php
psu, FSP Hydro GD GOLD 650W - 3570php (I think this is a good buy)
@watertofu
and hindi pa kakayanin kapag AMD build?
Kaya naman kaso yung i3-10100F is slightly better sa R3-3100 even w/o overclocking it. Then ano pa mga PSU dyan?
Is there a Video editing monitor thats also good for gaming? Parang pag pang editing, di kaya maging pang gaming. What's the highest refresh rate that I can get from an Editing monitor?
Kung editing habol, high covergage of adobe rgb/srgb/dci-p3 color space (color accuracy) ung habol mo kasi di naman kailangan ng high refresh in most cases.
For gaming naman, refresh rate (usually FPS) habol.
Pero kung both gaming and editing (professional), mapapagastos ka. Nareview ng LTT isang 4k120. <click here for link>
Nice to know
Grabe. Nasa 90k! Mas mura if mag mismatched dual monitor nalang ako :(
Isang color accurate and isang pang gaming. I really wanted an all in one pero di kaya ng budget yung 90K++
