  • Makakatulong din but the best proof of financial capacity is still proof of large and stable income.
  • Is it advisable to get multiple credit cards assuming you are a good payer?

  • i was billed 3500 membership fee ng Citibank Cash Back Platinum MasterCard. (i saw it in my citibank online) tinawag ko to waive ang sabi di daw nagwawaive si citibank sa lahat ng cardholders this year. so sinabi ko na magkano lahat ng outstanding balance kasama outstanding installment payments ko and i will pay outright the whole balance less the membership fee. I will pay online and email her the receipt ASAP then cancel the card.
sabi wait lang daw, after 9 seconds (exacto kasi binilangan ko) sabi niya kung pwede daw enroll ako to get a simplicity card, i said no.
then another 6 seconds pause, wait 2-3 days daw ireverse/waive na nila membership fee. and she would need my oral confirmation that i am not cancelling the card.
so sabi ko " Ok, I will not cancel the card as long as the membership fee is waived." ulitin ko daw na wala yung as long as. I didn't and hung up.
I have never ever paid a membership fee in my life.

  • good job sir
  • Lately mas malakas na ko gumamit ng debit cards like paymaya and gcash

What are the usual promos that you use and how do you fund them? Are they exactly like paypal?
  • Cash backs, rebates, instant discounts. 50% discounts. Etc. Madami. Madami din ways to cash in. Sa akin i cash in via online banking.

Hehe.
  • Meron offer sa akin ang BDO na Cash from Available Credit Limit at 0.88% add-on rate/month for 12 months to pay. Is it a good deal?

    parang mataas sir
  • @ssi
Factor in the cost of annual fee dahil baka gawin nilang reason for declining waiver yung binabayaran mong utang.

    good point sir. thanks
  • pwede ka makipagbargain nyan, sabihin mo may offer say yun kabila mas mababa tignan mo kung tatapatan nila.
  • Kakatawa yung bpi. I called them last wednesday afternoon regarding credit to cash. Sabi ng csr yung offer ay .99 percent lang talaga nakatag sa account ko, di daw talaga magagawan ng paraan na pwedi yung .48%, kahit sinabihan ko na mas mababa yung offer sa work ko, which is for our provident loan ay 5 percent per annum yung interest rate.
After a few minutes may nagtxt, ang alert ng bpi, haha. Offering credit to cash @ .59% up to 36 mos but the principal is low, less than half of my cl and available madness.

  • I just found out that metrobank has cancelled my credit card due to no activity.

Kaso yung offer as much as 32k lang. ang baba at mataas yung interest compare sa provident loan.
  • may online access ka ba?

Meron kaso walang kwenta online banking nila.

i guess single transaction every 6 month, pwede na
gusto ko kasi palakihin limit nung citibank ko, gawin ko sana main card for 2 years.
  • @ninja
Di ako sure kung rule talaga nila yon. Baka case to case basis din.

Hehe.

matagal na akong bpi cc holder pero kunti lng alam ko about sa madness limit. nag pa credit-to-cash ako last time nagulat ako malaki yung madness limit ko parang x2 ng available cl ko..anu ba yung madness limit?parang installment limit din ba tuwing may installment purchase ka nagiging x2 yung limit mo?sabi kasi sa akin, yung pina credit-to-cash sa madness limit daw ma deduct so yung actual available cl ko is ganun pa rin..wala naman kasi ako nakikita sa bpi online ko regarding sa madness limit na yan
  • Kakalungkot naman tong free shake ng hsbc
16 straight shakes, puro 2 pesos. Lol
  • Congrats. Lol
May RCBC holder ba dito? Waived ba talaga yung annual fee for life?
