Currently working as an i.t staff for 2 years ( first job ). more on hardware and i.t support po ako.
in the company ( medical center ), I did developed apps that our main system cant provide.
dalawa dito is web base at tatlo naman windows application using asp.net c#
not that complicated ung system na nagawa ko.
hindi po talaga ako hired as a developer nag develop lang ako to challenge my self and i enjoy it.
nagagamit naman ung application na na develop ko kaso hindi sya ganun na appreciate.
btw.
google at youtube tutorial lang po ang source of learning ko since wala naman pong in house developer sa company na pwede pag tanungan.
advice naman po dyan.
do i need to read books about asp.net or c#?
do i need to attend seminars about developing?
am i in the wrong wrong working environment?
do i need to study mvc, java or j query?
nag try po ako mag uply as developer sa ibang company kaso di ako nakapasa. they think kulang pa ako sa experience in developing.

kahit hindi na bro, maraming websites na may tutorials (w3schools) or q&a forums (stackoverflow)

not required pero kung may pagkakataon, bakit hindi.. para rin makipag interact ka sa ibang dev.
am i in the wrong wrong working environment?
not at all.. IMO, kung gusto mo talaga matuto, learning ground mo na yang current company mo. yung mga apps na naimplement mo na sa kanila, ienhance mo na lang based sa mga feedback ng mga users. kuha ka ng ideas mula dun sa manager or sa corporate level ng company mo, ano ba sa tingin mo ang maitutulong mo para mapadali trabaho nila, at the same time matututo ka, win-win para sakin yun. pag naestablish mo na yun, at wala ka nang challenge, saka ka na lumipat ng company. -
