Huawei b593-s22, Smartbro LTE pink sim, internet connection error code 4

  I have a Huawei b593-s22 modem and a smartbro LTE pink sim. I have always connected to the internet using that sim. One day, it no longer detects LTE connection, only 3G. Now it is always disconnected showing internet connection error code 4. What seems to be the problem?
