Kung para lang sa kaalaman o experience, ok lang yan. Pero kung kung noticeable performance increase that is practical to achieve, baka ma-disappoint ka lang.

Will be switching to AMD soon, but is it much better to wait for the Zen 2 CPUs, instead of buying Ryzen 2000 series?

sa mga naka msi rx580 8gb hindi ba talaga naikot fan nito kapag nasa desktop normal po ba yun?
kapag naman nasa msi afterburner i adjust ko yung fan control sa variable speed umiikot sya

Naisolate rin sa wakas yung problem.
Faulty yung DIMM slots DIMMA1, DIMMA2 at DIMMB2 ng motherboard. Nagtry ako ng isang stick ng RAM tapos iniisa isa ko lahat ng DIMM slots kasi di na sya stable ng 2400 nagBSOD na regularly tapos nagcracrash yung browser tapos Debug LED RAM umiilaw on boot(DIMMA2 + DIMMB2, DIMMA2 only).
After successfully pumasok sa windows yung 1 stick sa DIMMB1 sinet ko yung A-XMP 1 sa BIOS and gumana sya at nagboot yung Windows 2933 yung RAM speed.
Ini-swap ko yung 2nd stick sa DIMMB1 and pumasok rin sya sa Windows 2933 yung RAM speed.

Mga sir ano kaya diperensya ng pc ko? pag nag yoyoutube at nood ng videos sa fb nag bablackscreen monitor ko tas mag resume ulit yung video pero ireload ko para mag play.. asusrog b450i, athlon 200ge, 16gb patriro viper set to 2666mhz at 500gb wd blue m.2 ssd. pero pag nanonood ako ng netflix sa chrome di naman sya ganun..

Silicon Power(SP) ang gamit ko dyan 2x4gb DDR4 2400 gamit ko. Running on Ryzen 5 1600x. Pero nakita ko sa Compatibility PDF file nila karamihan is Kingston and Samsung ang chipset. -
doon sa gigabyte b350M G3 nung nabili ko, wala sa qvl list dati ung gskill f43200c164gtzb. i think agesa 1.0.0.2 pa ata noon ang UEFI-BIOS. have to manually input values only to run @ 2666MHz.
submitted details nung gskill sa gigabyte support. gigabyte confirmed na hindi pa nga sya kasama sa qvl list. 2-3weeks after the email, came agesa 1.0.0.4 beta, napagana ko na ung xmp. & until now, kasama na sya sa mga revisions ng qvl.

Swerte na rin pala kung tutuusin pagbili ko dun sa TeamGroup Dark Pro 3200mhz 16gb 16-16-16-36 1.35v. Last stock na din kasi sa binilhan ko hahaha tas gumagana ng walang problema tsaka according sa QVL nung MSI B40 Tomahawk, samsung die sya haha.
Walang problema sa pag run ng 3200mhz eh. Inactivate ko lang yung XMP Profile ng board. -
Ung sakin ok din kahit wala siya sa qvl list ng msi b450m mortar..

Tried two ram kits since the first agesa update. Both wala sa qvl list. First is a G.Skill Aegis 2400mhz value ram, panahon pa nung first agesa update. Successfully oc'ed it to 3066mhz c16. Itong current ko naman Team T-Force Xtreem currently running at 3333mhz c14. Point is, it doesn't mean wala sa QVL list end of the world na. If it's samsung b-die kahit wala sa qvl you be able to tweak it more successfully than other mem types. Got lucky sa first kit ko since Hynix based siya but could be the board also or just the right amount of tweak to get that high. Btw never used the xmp setting, both kits are manually overclocked.

May idea ba kayo pano itransfer yung windows 10 digital license ko?
Ganito kasi:
Nakuha ko windows 10 license ko via free update from windows 10 (2015 pa). Tapos ginamit ko sya sa old rig ko (i5 2500k).
Nung 2016, bili new rig (i5 4690k), edi new parts. Gumana pa rin yung windows 10 ko.
2016 after ilang months, bili ulit (i5 6500). Same story. Gumana.
Ngayon, bumili ako new rig kahapon (Ryzen 7 2700X), so new parts lahat (even ssd). Inuninstall ko windows 10 sa old PC, then install windows 10 sa new pc using the same MS Account over the years. Pero ayaw nya ma activate.
May idea kayo pano work around nito? -

Rx480 sa kin pero ganyan nga. Pag idle or ala masyado open na apps, low temps so di gumagana fans. As soon na mag run ako ng game, mag on fan when reaching around 55 C temps. -
May idea kayo pano work around nito?
hardware ID ng intel mobo naka register windows 10 mo pero I think pwede mo itawag sa Microsoft yung pag transfer ng license pero di ako sure ha. -

tawag lang sa M$, kamo upgrade. tatanong lang specifics ng M$ account mo. Ganyan ung isang Windows 10 home ko. if you should shift to Linux OS tapos ayaw mong ma-alienate to the nth degree, another note worthy ubuntu-debian based Linux would be Zorin OS. Get the Education version w/ mod'ed XFCE desktop environment, medyo malapit na yan sa Windows. Actually, sa usapang Linux OS, a 4.12, 4.15 kernel & up can run your ryzen optimized. wag ung Linux OS na may kernel 4.9, makaka-encounter ka ng mga issues sa mga newr builds.
another thing with mems: mem slots population. assuming you have 4 slots, 2 occupied & you want to make it 4 with the same kit, Samsung B-Dies have more potential to run rated XMPs, starting 2.8GHz up w/ bumped voltages, say 1.35v.
XMPs are just gimmicks, AMD or Intel. but it makes fine tuning more easy for the common juan.

Ty all.
Confirmed na faulty DIMM slot nga yung problema and pinull out na yung motherboard for RMA.
Natest every slot with known good working RAM nung technician ng shop and ayaw talaga magboot sa ibang DIMM slots.
Sabi nya madalas daw recently yung RMA ng mga B450 boards sa kanila after a few weeks from purchase and may kakapullout lang din sya na B450 board na pinakita.
Balak ko sanang bumili muna ng temporary board since more than a month yung RMA dahil holidays(wala daw pickup si supplier until after New Year tapos 2-3 weeks RMA period pagkapickup ni supplier). Any suggestions bukod sa MSI B450M Mortar na may support for 3200Mhz ram speeds?

Di naman siguro sir, parati pa naman nirerecommend dito sa forums yung mobo na yan baka natsambahan lang na lemon yung particular batch ng nabili ko.

Any comments on 8gb Sapphire RX590 Nitro+ OC, ok ba ang Sapphire. so far eto pa lang yung available na RX590 and yung XFX? May bad experience kasi ako sa RMA ng XFX kaya i am thinking about the Sapphire brand

Okay yung Sapphire sa experience ko. Kahit more than 1 year na nung nagkaproblema 280x at out of shop warranty, tinanggap nung retailer shop for RMA sabi madali daw kausap yung distro sa 2 years warranty. After 2 weeks nakuha ko na yung new unit na replacement. -

hehe na biktima ka din pala ng XFX. Anyway dalawang beses na ako nakatry pa RMA ng Sapphire. Yung 280x tri-x vapor x running for 2 years naparma ko pa din sa distro. Pinalitan after 3 weeks ng bago.
