May $75 na used - acceptable na DDR5 trident ram 32GB and $200 na used - acceptable na B650e aorus na board, kakatempt (wala lang description/pics to show the actual condition).
Edit: Pulled the trigger. Here we go again. Wish me luck.
Chatted Amazon Japan and they immediately ask me to return the item.
Basta marerefund pati yung nagastos for shipping it back. Pulled the triggered na din kasi since mura and kung may konting imperfections, di na siguro masyado halata since nasa loob naman ng case. Pag inisip ko din kasi dun pa lang sa RAM x3 na yung price, its like an 8k difference tapos sa board, almost 14k na difference pag bumili here (assuming na walang issues). And since ilang months pa lang din naman from when siguro sila nilabas so hindi pa siguro mukhang luma to.

Including shipping 25k sya. Unfortunately, no way to test since wala ako board, ram etc.
Edit: I've just computed yung total gastos ko ngayon (just to have the latest):
GPU + Proc + RAM + Board = 98.2k --> Halos kapresyo na ng local na 4090. But either way, di pa din makatarungan yung presyo kahit pinilit mo na makatipid, and again, may risk na tapos used/second hand pa halos lahat.
Bought my 7700x around P24,600 and now the Ryzen 9 7900 cost around P25,900.
Naka 12c/24t ma sana ako even thought malaki ang baba ng freq over the X counterpart.

After some testing (timespy pa lang), parang bottlenecked nga ung 7900xtx pag 5950x gamit.
No plan to upgrade again (for now) pero mukhang kailangan talaga ng ryzen 5800x3d/7000 or intel 12/13th gen para magamit ng buo ung RX 7900 series.
If you're buying 2nd hand, just make sure that you get it from a seller who can give at least a month warranty. Dahil for me, whoever it is, may pride yan sa gamit nya so walang problemang magbigay yan ng 1 month warranty.
my two cents ^_^
P.S.
Just recently replaced my Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 (2nd hand) with another 2nd hand GPU, Palit Super Jetstream GTX 1080Ti . Seller gave me a month warranty :-)
Dumating na sya from Kango, ambilis. Shipped on the 17th, tapos andito na agad in a week (24th).
Yung RAM ko din na binili sa Am%z%n warehouse paparating na din dito, expected ko ilang weeks pa for both.
Yung GPU box ang liit lang pala as in maliit lang, parang mas mahaba lang ng onti na shoebox tapos mga 3 or 4 inches lang yung lapad ng box. Unfortunately di ko pa sya matetest as need pa baklasin this weekend yung waterloop ko.
^Grats @mapl!
The answer is yes, next month. 59,900 pesos with 2 year warranty, mukang reference sya and may reservation daw for this (also asked kung how much pero wala pa sagot). Kaya eto mejo nanghihinayang ako. Konti lang difference, may warrranty pa.
is 5600 good for a 40k budget pc? To be used in creatives and gaming (Dota 2, Valheim)? If ever siguro maghahanap ako ng mas mataas, lalagpas na sa 40k na budget no? (without monitor)
5600 is the best and cheapest gaming CPU(aside if you ae sticking to PCIE3 then probably a 5500 will also do)
Also since its also for Photoshop or rendering? You will also probably get a High resolution monitor which lessens the strain on the CPU and move to your GPU
