Lag dahil sa PSU?

    post yung pics ng system unit... post niyo po yung shop para malaman ng ibang makakabasa dito na may magician este technician sila na marunong mag perform ng "disappearing act"...

    Due to lack of resolution, I'll be posting another feedback dahil nakiusap ka na aayusin natin, na hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. Itsura po talaga, pinapaikot niyo lang ako at hindi po kayo gagalaw kung hindi lagyan ng negative feedback.

    Kahit tanggalin mo ang positive feedback mo sa akin, hindi ko yan kailangan dahil nanggaling ito sa isang mapaglinlang na tao. Kahit balikan mo pa ako ng sangkaterbang negative feedback. Gamitin mo pa yun dalawa mong accounts (namely realcorpltd & naldsanchez25) like yun ginawa mo sa akin the first time at ang ginawa mo ngayon kay cavitechents.

    Para po mapaikli ang buong pangyayari, kinahoy po niya ang hard disk ng laptop, na pinapa-repair ko sa kanya, at pinalitan pa ng sirang hard disk para hindi halata na nangahoy.

    So, paano ko po nasabi eto?
    1. May pre-caution measure akong ginawa bago ko ipina-repair ang laptop ko. Humingi ako ng warranty sticker sa tito ko, na nagrerepair ng tv, at dinikit ito sa pagitan ng case (para hindi masira sa static ang hard-disk) at ang hard disk, at malapit ito sa mga pinagtuturnilyohan para hindi matanggal yun case sa hard disk).
    2. May kulang po na dalawang turnilyo, nahumahawak sa casing at laptop, para iwas masira ang connection ng hard disk sa pag alog.
    3. panay kalawang sa pinagtuturnilyohan ng hard disk. Upgrade po itong 250-GB, from 80-GB nakasama ko binili ng 1st hand ang laptop ko. Mas nagmukhang bago tuloy ang lumang hard disk ko.

    I'll make the whole scenario as clear as possible because he claimed my early feedback for him was too vague. (Ang labo daw)

    On the first day (Oct-20-2012): transacting with him was no problem. He warmly welcomes me to his shop. Upon checking my laptop, he takes note and wrote down Samsung 250GB Hard Disk and 2.5GB RAM on a piece of paper. He told me that the laptop will be ready by 6PM that night. So I agreed. When I texted him (around 5:00PM) to check if the laptop is ready, he said just starting repairing my laptop, and ask me if it's alright to wait until the next day. So, it seemed he encountered some problems so then I still agreed.

    On the next day (Oct-21-2012): He texted he first thing in the morning that he said he can't repair my laptop and I can claim it any time of the day. When I arrive at his shop around 1:00pm, the tech is there but the owner is not present. So I let the tech open my laptop again to see if the Hard Disk and RAMs are still intact. I was so clouded with disappointment at this time (dahil wala nang pag-asa ang laptop ko, malaki po kasi sentimental value nito at 5 yrs ko na ginagamit eto), i failed to realize that the warranty sticker was torn.

    Despite the disappointment, upon arriving home, i gave him, almost immediately, i gave him a positive feedback because of the hassleless transaction. But later that night, I realized that it's way too early to give him feedback because I didn't thoroughly check his work yet. So I removed that positive feedback.

    On Nov-08-2012, because of my hectic schedule at work, this is the only day that I got the time to look that his work. It is here when I realize that the warranty sticker was torn, and he replaced my Hard Disk with a defective one! So I gave him a negative feedback accordingly., but he retaliated by giving me not just one, but TWO, negative feedbacks from two different accounts namely realcorpltd and naldsanchez25.

    At alam niyo, pagkatapos nito, nagsend siya ng message na tanggalin ko daw feedback ko dahil sinisira ko ang business niya. Ang galing no? After niya ako bigyan ng DALAWANG negative feedback yan! So sabi ko, kung gusto niya tanggalin ko ang feedback ko, 1st condition, gusto ko ng resolution dahil ako ang nawalan, 2nd tanggalin niya ang dalawang negative feedback dahil itsura pa lang bumabawi ka lang. Umiiral ang Crab mentality!

    Tapos bigla tanggal daw ng feedbacks sa akin, tapos nagsend ng all caps na message na tatanggalin niya daw ang tao niya kung siya ang dahilan ang kanyang pagsisira. Kapitbahay lang daw niya kasi at may anak na daw at naaawa na lang daw siya.

    So nagkaroon pa ako ng 3rd request, sabi ko sa kanya, tanungin niya yun tao niya kung bakit pa niya kailangan kalasin ang hard disk ko, e hanggang ngayon la pa ring resolution.

    Dahil sa sobrang tagal ng resolution, mukhang pinapaikot mo lang ako at mga sinasabi mo na may anak siya, I really don't believe you anymore.

    Kung may ipapakita ka pang serial number as your proof, pwes, etong sayo, hindi mo makikita ang serial number ng tunay ko na hard disk kung hindi mo tatanggalin ang WARRANTY STICKER na napunit niyo o ng tao niyo, dahil tinatakpan ng anti-static casing ang serial number nito!

  • actually hindi lang sa mga computer repair shops nangyayari tong ganitong kinakahoy yung parts. kahit sa electronic repair shops ng mga appliances, o kahit mga talyer, minsan sa casa mismo kinakahoy na yung pinapagawa mo ng hindi mo alam.
