I just bought a B85 Pro Gamer. Ask ko lang kung ano RAM ba dapat ilagay ko. And just want to clarify kung Ram po ba dapat ang swak para dto. Habang bumibili ako. Ang inoofer nila na kasama is a 8gb @1866mhz pero sabi sa manual upto 1600mhz lang. Ayaw nila maniwala na di ko ma-Maximize ung ram nabinibigay nila. At mag downspeed lang ung Ram sa 1600mhz. Tama po ba?
Also anung ram ba dapat ang sakto at bagay dto (like a Corsair vengeance or lowprofile Ram) just want to know kung ano at feel ko hangganf 16gb) mailalagay ko dto,)

For your motherboard, I suggest kumuha ka na ng DDR3-1866 or DDR3-2133 na memory. Same narin kasi halos yung price ng DDR3-1600 to DDR3-2133 so might as well get the faster memory. Also take note na baka maging discontinued na ang DDR3 memory in the next couple of years so consider mo narin mag 2x8GB kung may extra budget ka. Pero at the minimum dapat 2x4GB na yung setup mo.

Based on that list heto yung mga nakita no high speed memory na tested to be compatible sa list:
Php 3080 = Corsair Vengeance Pro (Dual) 2X4gb DDR3-2133 CL11 (CMY8GX3M2A2133C11)
Php 2890 = Corsair Vengeance (Dual) 2X4gb DDR3-1866 CL9 (CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9)
Php 3150 = G.Skill RipJaws X (Dual) 2x4gb DDR3-1866 CL9 (F3 14900CL9D 8GBXL)
Pero sa totoo lang, chances are any DDR3-2133 memory from Corsair or G.Skill will be compatible as long as dual-channel memory kit ang kunin mo (2x4GB or 2x8GB). -

Depende sir sa processor na gagamitin mo. Usually kapag unlocked yung processor mo tulad ng K-series processor like Core i5-4690K or Core i7-4790K pwede mag take effect yung XMP profile ng memory at mag run siya at the rated speed na DDR3-1866 or DDR3-2133. Sometimes kaya pa ng higher speed (DDR3-2400) pero mag-depend na ito kung hanggang saan kaya ng built-in memory controller ng CPU.
Now ang hindi ko lang sure is kung pwede tumakbo ng above DDR3-1600 speed yung memory kapag gumamit ka ng locked processor tulad ng Core i3-4130. Kasi hindi yata gagana ang ibang XMP profiles ng memory kapag non-K series yung processor na gagamitin mo. So baka mag default lang siya to default SPD settings which is DDR3-1600 or DDR3-1333. Hindi ako 100% sure dito kasi technically undocumented feature yung overclock capability ng ASUS Gamer boards (B85M-GAMER, B85-PRO GAMER, H97-PRO GAMER etc) so hindi mo makikita sa motherboard manual yun.
Konti lang naman ang price difference ng DDR3-1600 memory sa DDR3-1866 or DDR3-2133, so might as well kunin mo na yung faster memory in case mag upgrade ka to Core i5-4690K or Core i7-4790K in the future :-)

Well siyempre mas maganda parin kung yung RAM na bibilhin mo nakalista sa QVL, kasi tested at certified yun ni ASUS. Pero kung plan mo bumili ng high-end DDR3 memory suggestion ko stick ka sa G.Skill or Corsair brand. Hindi naman kailangan ng 2x8GB of memory kaagad yung bilhin mo, kahit yung 2x4GB muna para hindi malaki ang gastos.

Hindi ako sure pero GTX 750 Ti up to GTX 950 yata ang pwede mag fit sa price bracket na binanggit mo.

Yung minimum GPU requirement ng GTA V is Geforce 9800GT so tingin ko pwede parin at low graphics settings and low resolution. Pero kung pwede mo na iwasan bumili ng temporary videocard mas maganda, para hindi madoble ang gastos mo. Go straight to GTX 950 or GTX 960 sana kung kaya ng budget. -

-sa gpu un nga eh pero nanonochoice ako since mga 2-3mos pa ako ulit makakaproduce ng budget sa matinong gpu (my mga gastusin kasi na iba din) kaya baka bagsak ko is 9800gt for a while pero tiisin ko na lang siguro hanggang maka buy ng bagong gpu

Try mo sir set yung XMP profile niya sa BIOS, usually yung motherboard automatic na niya detect ang speed and timings sa memory. Pero take note sir hindi ako sure na gagana kasi Core i3-4130 processor yung gamit mo which is a locked processor. Worst case ang mangyayari is babalik lang siya sa SPD setting which will default to DDR3-1600.

Sa totoo lang ang "officially" supported memory speed ng Haswell processors is DDR3-1600. So kahit Core i5-4690K or Core i7-4790K hanggang DDR3-1600 lang makikita mo sa Intel specs. Pero pwede sila gamitan ng faster memory tulad ng DDR3-1866 or DDR3-2133 using Intel XMP. Anyway sir try mo lang hindi naman masisira memory mo or CPU mo kung subukan mo yung XMP profile.

Mas maganda parin sir ang may 9800GT na videocard kasi mas mabilis parin siya sa built-in GPU ng Core i3-4130. Pero I think nabanggit ko ata sa ibang thread na iwasan mo bilhin ang 9800GT if possible unless makukuha mo siya sa super mura na price.
