  See section 5, last sentence.
  "You should at least be getting 80% of your subscribed download speed."
  
  (at least) 80% of 15mbps = 12mbps. Yan dapat ang minimum mo, and still must have burst speed up to 15mbps.
  
  It's their fault na hindi maibigay ung speed na binabayaran mo.
  Dapat kasi nag line test muna sila bago nila inapprove ung plan mo.
  
  Show this screenshot to them, and if they cannot commit to this speed, sabihin mo sa NTC na kayo mag-usap.

  im done talking to them actually and ayun na nga nag file nako ng complaint sa NTC sobrang hassle lang na magbabayad pa ng termination fee na nakalock in tapos may downgrade fee pa, kakapal talaga ng mukha

  More than 7 years ago Plan 1299 only gets you 2Mbps. Today it is 50Mbps.
