Binablock ba talaga ni Sky ang VPN? Lately hirap kumonek, need ko kasi VPN para maka-connect sa company network sa US, kaso may oras na ayaw kapag Sky ang gamit ko kaya gumagamit pa ako hotspot from my phone.

Observations about the Facebook Slowdown Issue:
1) Mas affected ang Desktop Browser Facebook (que Chrome / Firefox / Edge)
2) Mobile Facebook is relatively decent
3) Upon monitoring the page load performance, culprit is always the scripts hosted on http://static.xx.fbcdn.net or http://static.ak.fbcdn.net

Hello po, matanong lang bakit po kaya ang bagal ng wifi ng Sky namen? Mabilis naman po sya sa pc pero sa wifi mabagal. Dahil po kaya yun sa router? Kailangan po ba namin bumili ng mas magandang router?

Mabilis naman ang tech service sakin ng sky. Tinawag ko na kapag umuulan ng malakas medyo nag unstable speed ko, though hindi naman nawawalan ng Net. After 3 days may pumunta tech, pinalitan and nilipat ng port yung connector ko sa poste. Good job.

not sure kung pareho ang tech ng internet sa cable kasi nung nagkapoblema ako sa cable pumunta ako ng office ng Friday, then Saturday may pumunta na agad na tech to check.

just to share,
initially applied for 25Mbps, then upgraded to 50Mbps and lastly upgraded to 100Mbps.
nung magkaissue ako upon upgrade to 100Mpbs, saka ko lang nalaman na nagkaroon na ako ng lock in which is sabi nung agent, upon upgrade ko nun from 25 to 50 meron na raw lock in na hindi nadiscuss nung sales and wala akong pinirmahan with them.
kaya take note ung maguupgrade, though hindi pa ako nakakatawag ulit sa sales para icontest ung lock in na sinasabi nila and dahil sa kontrata na hawak at pinirmahan ko is walang lock in as far as i know.

Tama, i-contest mo. Naalala ko nung nag inquire din ako sa upgrade, ang banggit naman sakin hindi na magkakaroon ng lock-in kung tapos na contract kung mag upgrade.

^^ At the end of the day, depende parin sa lugar ung support - availability ng tech's and dami ng subs. PLDT dito samin 24 hours andiyan na tech.

Eto ba yung may nagtext na eligible for upgrade to 50Mbps for an additional P100. Also, ininform ako na 30Mbps na daw yung connection ko, pero Sept 1 pa daw mag-take effect.

biglang 30mbps na yung 1899 plan ko.
mag upgrade ako sa 1999 with cable tv, kasama na pala dun yung NBA premium HD.

I called the sales hotline last Saturday to upgrade to 50mbps and nainform ako about sa +100 pesos promo from 25 to 50mbps. Nag apply ako for the promo and was told na 2-3 working days siya.
Nobody called yet pero naging 30mbps yung speed namin. Not sure if na-upgrade na ba pero mali, or talagang naging 30mbps lang yung 25mbps subs.

Download ka MySky app then log in your details tapos contact us > send us a message > choose account number > transaction type > technical support or service request if need mo ng crew na ipapadala sa inyo. Trust me mabilis action dito kesa dun sa Social Media nila or Hotline in my experience dito ako nag rereklamo/
