A10 7870k Godaveri would suffice if you only plan to play those games (as well as other games that is well known played in ComShops here in Philippines).

Magkano pinaka mababa ang pwede kong ilabas pag bumuo ako ng bagong unit? Yung nilalaro ko yung LoL at Outlast, pero recommended settings sana.

sa case mo, you can scrap out your old case and hard drive, psu is dead so you need to buy a new one.
with my recommendation, you can play those game at highest setting at 1360x768 (minimum standard).
the thing you need to buy is a new motherboard (fm2+ you can buy this one cheap at starting price of 1.8k brand new) 2pieces of 2GB DDR3 1600mhz memory (you can buy this 400-500 pesos per stick brand new) and A10 Godavari 7870k around (5-6k price brand new). You dont need a videocard on this setup since yun builtin GPU nito is equivalent to r7 240 or Gt 730 na graphicscard. so all in all I can safely say around 11k ang cost for this upgrade.
