"The page is reserved for future use"

  Has anyone ever experienced going to a site and it only displays "The page is reserved for future use"?
  
  One of my client PC users can't access Google and only displays the given "".
  
  If anyone fixed this before, please help.

  traffic redirection, try using another computer/device using the same internet connection, if you were able to access the site you were having trouble, then that computer is infected of malware, virus or ransomware, possible phising.
