  anyway, my nieces go through micro usb cables fast. 2 points of failure I have seen
  
  1. the tip gets bent
  
  
  
  
  2. There seems to be no visible damage but when I plug the micro usb there is no click and to make it work I have to hold it, otherwise the plug falls out
  
  This has happened to even original and higher cost cables
  
  I dont see any micro usb cables with any reinforced tips to prevent bending so I dont see any solution except to just buy multiple cheap cdrking (30-40 peso) cables and treat them as disposable
