    Upgrade:
    Case Fans Noctua NF-F12 PWM 120mm P1,030.00
Air Flow Fans AF120 Performance Edition CO-9050004-WW Dual Pack P1,200.00
    Motherboard MSI B350 Tomahawk P7,300.00
CPU Ryzen 5 1600 w/ Wraith Spire LED Cooler P11,995.00
    GPU AMD RX 580 n/a
    RAM Gskill Trident Z 16GB 8gbx2 ddr4 3200 CL16 P7,290.00
    SDD Samsung 850 EVO M.2 250GB P5,450.00
    Price P34,265.00

  • Just a suggestion sir:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 (with Wraith Spire cooler) = 11,850
    MOB: MSI B350 TOMAHAWK = 7,320
    RAM: G.Skill Flare X 8GBx2 DDR4-2400 (F4-2400C15D-16GFX) = 6,200
    GPU: (your preference)
    SSD: Crucial MX300 275GB SATA = 5,050
ATX: Tecware Titan = Php 2,750
FAN: Thermaltake Riing 12 LED RGB (3 fan pack with controller) = 2,150 (optional)
    -----------------------------
    TOTAL = Php 35,320

Instead of buying expensive fans, upgrade mo nalang sir yung case mo to one with better airflow then add extra fans as needed . Yung Tecware Titan already comes with 3 fans pero admittedly medyo anemic yung fans niya (but functional).

Pwede mo gawin is instead of buying 3 extra fans for the case, spend mo nalang yung budget mo to get a nice CPU aircooler.

Thanks sir! :D hahaha. Hindi ko naisip yun ah. Buti nabanggit mo sir, since I was actually planning on buying a new case pa talaga. hahaha!

*Saan mo pala nakuha sir yung pricing nung ryzen 5 mo?

Yung pinaka-challenge now with building a Ryzen PC is looking for memory na compatible sa motherboard. May slight performance boost ang Ryzen kapag gumamit ka ng high speed memory like DDR4-2933 or DDR4-3200. Yung problem lang may specific memory kits na kaya tumakbo at DDR4-2933 or DDR4-3200 speeds at hindi sila compatible with all motherboards. To make matters worse, yung specific memory kits na yun hindi readily available sa atin at may kamahalan din.

What I suggest is stick lang to DDR4-2400 or DDR4-2666 memory and spend mo nalang yung budget mo somewhere else. Yung speed difference sa games when using DDR4-2400 at DDR4-3200 ay maliit lang, baka hindi din worth it bumili ng expensive memory. Spend mo nalang yung extra budget on a better videocard or CPU cooler.

Yung price niya is not so bad at Php 6,200 for the 16GB kit.

  • *Saan mo pala nakuha sir yung pricing nung ryzen 5 mo?

  • @sleepygeepy

Thank you ng marami sir! :D hahaha!

I mean, ang primary goal ko lang naman is to be able to go with the new Next Gen games plus decent photo/vid editing. Na hindi ko kakailangananin mag upgrade for a brief period of time.

*Regarding pala dun kung uunti untiin ko yung pagbili ng components, what would you recommend sir?

Edit mo nalang sir yung post mo at remove mo yung names ng mga PC shops :-)

Ok naman yung choice mo of components and bagay yung Ryzen sa use case mo of gaming + photo and video editing.

*Regarding pala dun kung uunti untiin ko yung pagbili ng components, what would you recommend sir?

Well kung hindi kaya bilhin lahat ng components in one go, then unahin mo na yung core components: CPU, motherboard, memory, and videocard. Then re-use mo muna yung mga parts ng previous PC mo like the HDD, PSU, and case.
  • @sleepygeepy

Hahaha Thanks sir sa pag chaga mag reply sakin. Mukhang ikaw lang mejo active ah. hahaha. busy yung iba.

But anyway, eto yung build ko ngayon.

Anyway if plan mo mag upgrade in stages, here's a suggestion:

    1st stage
    - Buy processor, motherboard, and memory
    - If PSU is more than 5 years old, consider replacing with a new one if possible (at least 600W true rated)
    - Re-use everything else

    2nd stage
    - Buy videocard or SSD, whichever you can afford first
    - If you are buying an RX 580 videocard, now is a good time to replace your PSU
    - Re-use everything else

    3rd stage
    - Buy new case and extra fans (optional) or instead of extra fans buy a CPU cooler (optional)
    - Install everything in the new case, perform cable management, make sure everything is working, check temps
    - Re-use the 1TB HDD then leave the 500GB HDD with your old computer so the old PC can still be used
  • @sleepygeepy

You're a f*cking genius man! hahahaha! Since gf ko nagrereklamo sa laptop niya na its too slow, yung old rig ko is good enough for her pagka work lang, admin stuff. NICE!

I really appreciate your help sir! You've been a huge help! :D

Hahaha, now yung next plan is how to get the budget AS SOON AS POSSIBLE :D hahahaha, need magsipag para makapag commission. But anyway, any ideas kung ano masaya tambayan na topics po dito sa tipidpc? Mejo nakakasawa na makinig sa youtube e. :D LinusTechTips pati JayzTwoScents hahaha.

With getting the airflow pressure just right. Panalo siya, hahaha, the questin is since wala ako experience sa pag balance ng air flow pressure. Any Ideas? :D

  • @omg090

Yung positive air pressure sa case is just to help keep dust out. With negative air pressure may tendency for dust to gather in the seams, small holes, and small gaps sa case. Hindi air tight ang PC case so dust will eventually find a way in.

Madali lang i-setup ang positive air pressure, just install more intake fans than exhaust fans sa case. If your intake fans have dust filters, run them at slightly higher RPM to compensate for the loss of airflow dahil sa dust filters.

If you are planning to get the Tecware Titan, naka positive air pressure setup na siya by default with two intake fans + one exhaust fan. Just plan on replacing the fans with better ones in the future, kasi medyo mahina yung fans that are bundled with the case.
  • @sleepygeepy

Copy sir.
